That is wonderful to hear! Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback and for choosing LG for both your home and your cabin. We truly appreciate your loyalty and are delighted that your LG WT8600CB washer and dryer sets are working out so great for you!

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are so glad to hear that your new washer is performing well, but we hear you loud and clear regarding those stubborn stains and the transition from an agitator to an impeller model. We want every member of the LG family to have clothes that come out sparkling clean! A quick tip that many of our customers love for impeller models is to leave the center of the wash plate clear when loading and to try the Pre-Wash or Heavy Duty cycle for those extra tough spots. We’re ready to look into this immediately and ensure you get the assistance you deserve. Please reach out to our LG CareQ team at 1-888-542-2623, or via live chat or email through our support site at https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/ with your model and serial number and the details of your feedback, and we will be here to assist you.

Hi there! Thanks for pointing this out. Your washer is draining because it’s built to avoid long pauses during a soak. For a longer soak, choosing a cycle that already includes extended soaking will give you the best results. If you ever need more help, our friends at @LGUSSupport are always ready to assist. #LifesGood ❤️ ‑Rich

Hi! We appreciate you sharing your experience with your LG Washer. It’s great hearing that the quiet performance, large capacity, and wide selection of cycles are working well for you. Your notes about the learning curve for settings and the sloped lid design are truly helpful and will be shared with the team. For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Thanks for choosing LG! #LifeisGood ^James
