The earbuds are very appealing to the eye. When listening to music or watching things on your phone, the sound quality is amazing. When it comes to taking calls, it is very horrible. The other party can sometimes barely hear you unless you’re in a very quiet place.

I was so excited to get these ear buds. But I have to say, I'm super disappointed in the battery life. After a full charge, (I timed it this morning) at 100%, I started my audio book at 8:58 am and at 3:33 pm, my right earbud died. The right always gives out first. Super disappointing. The left will get about another 20 minutes, then it will die. I had Tozo earbuds for a couple years and admittedly the sound quality and clarity wasn't as nice and clear as Bose. When I first got them however, I could go 2 full 8-hour workdays (I actually think 3 days) before I needed a charge. The Bose fit well and are comfortable, but not more comfortable than what I had previously. All in all - they're fine...but not for the money.

I’m still trying to get used to them. I have to study exactly how to fit them into my ear so they don’t pop out which has happened a few times walking on the street. Basically you can’t really take them out of the box and pop them in. Now i have to find them time to study.

These earbuds are high quality with great sound. I received them within a few days! I've had them a week now. My concern is the fit of the ear piece. Also of concern is the lack of sound isolation; maybe I'm just use to the sport buds or over ear head phones. They worked best when I placed a headband over my ears. I shouldn't have to be that way with a product from Bose.

I had to return them because the microphone is covered by the ear - poor design. I tried moving them every possible way to make them work better. Also, they are very easily knocked off your ear. It would be very easy to lose one.

Absolutely LOVE these open earbuds. I can use them on my daily walk and still hear the birds sing snd any car coming up from behind! Not to mention the lovely blue color. Would recommend them to anyone.

I love it and am so glad I made this purchase. The surround sound is just perfect and great for the noise control. It feels a little awkward on my ear though, I'm continuously checking to see if it's fallen off; but it's quite snug

I absolutely love the color, comfort and especially the sound of these ear buds! Couldn't be happier with my purchase! The battery is durable and quick charging. The noise cancellation is great!

I wish I could say I love the earbuds, but they don’t stay in my ears. The left one popped out at work and I have yet to find it. I guess it’s big headphones for me.

The features are nice, but they don’t work you touch them. They stop trying to get the volume to go up. They stop again or they talk about noise cancellation just not good very disappointed even in the fit.
