The ear buds are great when working properly. At times I loose the connection while talking and sometimes cannot connect to iPhone. Otherwise the sounds are great and when on your ears you have to keep checking if they are still there. They are so light you don’t feel them. LOVE IT!!!

After a month of using this product, I love it so far especially when it comes to the audio quality and aware/silence mode. Although I still haven’t used other features that these earbuds have to offer and can’t say much about it for the meantime, I really like how it came with 3 types of ear tips including the stability bands to which I personally use the small-sized ear tips and it fit me perfectly in the end! Other earbuds that I’ve used in the past just kept falling off from my ears and I appreciate how these earbuds just stays in place whenever I relax or traveling to places. The noise-cancelling feature is the best when you want to block out any outside noise or voices and it does the job pretty well if you want to immerse yourself within your own world while listening to music, videos, movies, etc. Another best feature of these earbuds is the battery life and it lasts for a good while for me since I’m a college student who depends on these whenever I’m on break or studying. Even though I’m more of a headphones girl,I took a liking to these Bose QuietComfort earbuds pretty quickly and I can’t go anywhere without these. Plus, it doesn’t take a lot of space in my bag which I loved a lot!

I purchased these a month ago. So far so great! I w was going to return them because everyone said that I sounded far away and most of the time could barely hear me. Silly me wasn’t wearing them properly. I had them on too low around the ear lobes so therefore I was taking off my earrings to use them. SMH.

I bought 2 sets one for my mom and one for myself, both there is an issue with hearing! Numerous people, stated they can’t hear me and the volume level is turned up , not to mention trying to hear them as well is horrible , I thought maybe it’s just me , but no the other set exact same thing comfort is amazing but what good is that is the audio is trash 🚮, honestly waist of money and for this price I was expecting more, don’t wait your money on this , wish I hadn’t

Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these open ear buds because I have trouble keeping typical ear buds in my ears even using the smallest size covers. These ear buds are very comfortable during long use and never fall out! The sound is great and the buttons are more responsive then any other ear buds I've owned. I have not had any trouble connecting to my phone or computer which is not the case with my old non-Bose ear buds. Love them. Best thing about Bose-my dog chewed up one of my ear buds and when I went to order a replacement-much to my surprise, NO CHARGE! I will be a customer for life.

While the idea was cool and i see the practical use for some, personally I prefer something with a more comfortable fit? The clip and piece that sits on your ear didn't fit the best and the sound could never get fully involved, but I guess that's the point with open clip earbuds

Now I’m probably going to trade in my old Bose headphones for a pair as well. The clarity and feeling of sitting in the front row of a concert is just incredible. We absolutely LOVE these. We have purchase 4 pair over the past 6 months...for ourselves and two for gifts. The sound is great (always w Bose) but the clip on allows us to work in the yard, house, etc without the fear of losing one or both ear pieces (like we did w other types).
