I like the instant Bluetooth connection. However after the original Bluetooth setup with the Bose Quiet Comfort app the Apple iPhone IOS takes over and overrides the Bose app 50% of the time. Which means I cannot adjust any earbud settings through the Bose app.

No matter what size rubber piece I put on the earbuds they never fit properly or they always came off in my ear. I was skeptical of these type of earbuds. There was no way I was going to be able to hear anything or everyone will be able to hear my conversation and what not. Let me say this. These are money worth spent. I will never go back. I can hear everything and noone can hear what is going on, unless we are ear to ear. Lol. They are comfortable and don't slide or fall off.

Not what I really expected. Good quality, I just work in a noisy environment and the sound isn’t loud enough. I know, open air, it’s just a bit too much open air for me. I tried the quiet comforts first, and the phone calls were terrible. There is an open forum on the Bose platform about those. I returned them and, will be returning the open airs as well. I owned the Bose sports before and thought they were superior to these two. Sorry guys, trying the Sony XM5s next.

I have been using the Ultra Open Earbuds for several weeks. The sound quality is surprisingly good for such a tiny product. The control buttons are large and easy to operate. Calls can be answered easily, the microphone(s) work well, and the caller ID feature is very convenient. I could wish they were a little bit longer so that the speakers were more centered over my ear canals, but I realize that everyone's ears are not all the same size. I bought mine during a temporary price reduction because I feel the list price is way too high, regardless of the high quality.

I wear these open earbuds during my workday and I'm very aware of my surroundings while interacting in conversation, but I also hear my music at the same time. It's so nice not having to pause to take the earbud out. Additionally, the Immersive Audio feature is so clear, it makes you feel like you're in the front row of the concert. The sound clarity is unmatched.

I use these on the golf course. Perfect for this activity! I can actually hold a conversation while listening to my music. Unlike other golfers blaring their music all over the course imposing a cacophony of genres on fellow golfers my music is mine alone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got these headphones, and I really like how they clip on my ears and the fact that I can lay in bed unless some music until I fall asleep or even an audiobook. Now the only complaint that I have is the microphone cutting out when I am recording a voice message or on a phone call. Everyone says they can’t hear me. I felt really sad about it especially because it is brand new. Hopefully Bose can come up with a fix for them!
