I purchased this product with high expectations. They are great when it comes to noise cancellation. I have yet to see what else they can do, but they don't stay in my ears. I have adjusted and switched the attachments that came with it. It seems that my ears are to small for the bud to stay within my ear. As soon as I bend over or am constantly moving they slip or fall out of my ear. With the work that I do I can't afford for them to do that. I'll have to try again and look for a product that fit small ears.

Getting them out on correctly took a bit - but once on the sound is very good. I often forget to take them off my ears. Very enjoyable - still wish volume control could be on the earbud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the open ear buds for a couple months now and am really happy with the product. I work in a kitchen were I spend a lot of time to myself, but also have to communicate throughout the day with colleagues. I wear a single earbud all day. Each one holds about a 7hr charge. It's been great not ever having to ajust the ear buds to be able to converse. The only down side may be that with a lot of machinery and/or background noise it can be hard to hear your media at times. Inversely, when the room is relatively quiet it can be hard to gage whether or not your media can also be heard by those around you.

The Ultra Open Earbuds make this possible while giving me a soundtrack to life. Listening to a book or podcast sounds like a friend chatting with me as we stay aware of our surroundings when walking down the street.

Overall, I’m really impressed with my new Bose earphones. Not only do they look sleek and stylish, but the sound quality is also fantastic. What I love most is their ability to let me listen to my surroundings while enjoying my music, which is perfect for running. They stay securely in place and never feel like they’ll fall out. My only minor gripe is the lack of wireless charging, but it’s a small trade-off for such a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in a pair of Bose wired earbuds for the Ultra Open Earbuds and I'm glad I did. I wear these open earbuds during my workday and I'm very aware of my surroundings while interacting in conversation, but I also hear my music at the same time. It's so nice not having to pause to take the earbud out. Additionally, the Immersive Audio feature is so clear, it makes you feel like you're in the front row of the concert. The sound clarity is unmatched.

I actually love these! At first they feel like they might fall out, but they haven’t at all! I run and workout and they never fall out!! Super comfortable and sound quality is great even being open ear. Sound can go very loud and I have been told if it is up all the way you can hear it but cannot make out the song or what it is saying. I think the negative reviews on this are a little dramatic, my only complaints are the price, the fact that you can’t locate them like with AirPods or most other earbuds, and the quality talking on the phone isn’t great. Otherwise these are great, I have had a very hard time with earbuds fitting in my ear and causing pain so these were one of the only few that I liked and fit comfortably!

Bose is synonymous for quality. And, while the Bose Ultra Earbuds are definitely quality, there are drawbacks that could drive some away. While the small, sleek design is lightweight and comfortable to wear, putting them on can be a sometimes quirky and tedious process. Sound quality for videos is solid, but phone call volume is low (even cranked all the way up), and bleed from background noise can hinder some conversations. Audio for music is clear, but don't expect much bottom-end (bass) at all. Unfortunately, it's just not there. Also, the "Immersive Audio" is nice, but it drains the battery at an alarming rate. With it off, you're getting about seven and a half hours to eight hours. With it on however, you're getting between four to four and a half hours. For someone, like me, who wears them while working, it feels like as soon as your put them on, your battery is low, and they need to be re-charged. Maybe this can be fixed in a future firmware update. One can only hope. All in all, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are very nice, there is absolutely no doubt about it. But, the audio idiosyncrasies and inconsistences, middling battery life (with "Immersive Audio" on), and lack of depth in features could be just off-putting enough to keep some consumers at arm's length.

LOVE how comfortable they are and didn't make my ear aches after hours of uses. The functions were easy to use with a press of the ear buds. Only thing was I wished there was some type of noise cancelling system.
