Base delivery when I’m in the mood is perfect. Hope the upcoming replacements are same sound quality as only Bose can do, to enjoy music quality at it’s best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bestear buds I have ever owned. All the other ANC earbuds I have tried did not create a tight seal with my ears and we subpar. I did have to order extra large tips to create a tight seal with my ears and the results are amazing. Best sound with deep bass and ANC is the best for any earbud I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I never really purchased these earbuds, I “UPGRADED” when I had a warranty issue with my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds(which I miss). I’ve had to replace these 3 times and it is looking like it be a fourth time due to battery and Bluetooth connectivity issues. I will say the quality of the sound is pretty good and the open ear concept is meant for what they say they are.

I wanted to use these while at work, I work in an office- 8 hours a day. I have sensitive ears and have found while at first the pressure is not noticeable, after extended use I do feel the pressure on my ears and have to take them off before the end of my work day of 8 hours. I found it slightly awkward to answer my physical work phone with them in my ears- they made 'clicking' noises when I moved the phone around. The metal/plastic of the earbuds touching the plastic of the phone. When I paused what I was listening to, to speak to someone or to answer my work phone, if it was a time more than I think two minutes, I would click the button and it would not return to what I was listening to. I would have to go to my phone to un-pause it, and then it would return. The sound quality is great- indoors and outdoors. I go on daily walks and found it very pleasant to listen to. I realize many of the things I bring up are more of my preference, but thought I should bring up. I still believe them to be a quality product.

I love the controls, sound clarity as well as the fit. I have used Bose religiously since 2000 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When you have perfection why look elsewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time with earbuds, they hurt when I take them out. The Ultra Opens work great for me, no pain when removing them. I use them on a lot, and they are always with me. Definitely notice a sound difference (better) than another popular brand. My only regret is not buying a neutral color. Purple and blue just don't match. 😏

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit really great and are the most comfortable ear pods I own. Sound quality is good but is not the greatest because they do not go into the ear canal. They work flawlessly with the Bose app and my phone.

They cut out lawnmower noise without having to turn them too loud. I have used them on planes and when the family is watching tv. In my opinion there is nothing better.
