[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my open ear buds over a year ago. They were great at first then they started not to take charge. I tried all the tricks. Wiping them clean. Cleaning the case. Rebooting them. Nothing worked. So it became disappointing when I put them on and I would get ear buds at 10% or they were dead. Of course the weren’t under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded these in for my 2 yr old QC earbuds. While the sound is excellent, especially the immersion feature, I have a couple of issues with them. First, they don’t fit quite as well as the QC’s, even with the adjustable inserts. Also, they’re very sensitive to touch. If I try to adjust them while listening, it will sense this as a tap. I’ve had to disable that feature. Overall, very good product and I would get them again.

I have owned a pair of Bose earbuds in the past and I had a slight issue with it so I had to trade them in for these since the ones I had have been discontinued . I will admit the sound quality on these are amazing and they're super comfortable to the point where I can watch a movie for several hours and even forget I have them on. However..... when it comes to making a phone call, they suck . many times I have had people tell me I sound very far away or they cannot hear me at all. it has gone to the point whenever I need to make a phone call I have to disconnect them. I thought people were exaggerating until I called a number where you can hear your own sound when you speak and I was in disbelief of how bad the microphone is . I tried everything from cleaning them to doing a warranty exchange and the results has been the same. I looked up online and so many other reviews of people having the same problem with these earbuds. I would not recommend anybody to get them if you want to use them for a phone call. However if you just want to use them for listening to music or watching something on your device the sound quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical on these at first . I saw when they came out and was curious, and eyeballing them for I guess 3 years now? I bought the buds because I knew the buds would be good, but they weren't good riding my Harley. The engine would mute them. Then, I saw these on sale and got them for a birthday present to myself and absolutely love them. I ride my Harley and hear my music and that's what I wanted, and you can hardly feel them at all which is even better. I can hear people talk while I'm listening to my music, hear the world around me. The sound is amazing, They're awesome!

They worked great to listen to music or watch a movie while blocking the high noise level from the engines. Just a tap when I want to communicate with the "aware" setting. Now, I use them for all my yardwork, whether mowing or string trimming I only hear the music from my cellphone. The fit was easily done with the supplied selection of tips. Battery life is also great for many hours in the air or working in my yard. I highly recommend these earbuds.

They are the best, never returning these. All other headphones would irritate my ears or cause a rash. I guess I am sensitive to most! I just love these headphones so much. When all others have not worked at all, and these have. It just makes you so happy. I use them constantly everyday for everything. I’m just happy to not be looking for a pair of headphones. The fit is so light and comfortable that I honestly forget I’m wearing them, even during long runs or running errands nonstop. As a veterinary nurse who’s constantly on my feet, and someone who spends a lot of time walking dogs and staying active - I really appreciate being able to hear my music clearly while still staying aware of my surroundings. Whether I’m out on a walk, riding my bike, or moving through a full day, I never feel disconnected from what’s around me, which is incredibly important to me. Being able to stay safe and aware while still enjoying the soundtrack of my day feels like such a luxury. Another huge plus is how private the listening experience is. I can take calls without worrying about anyone around me hearing my conversations, which makes them even more practical for everyday use. Also… the Midnight Violet color? I’m obsessed. It’s sleek, a little bold, and just really fun to wear. These earbuds strike the perfect balance between comfort, sound quality, and real-world awareness; and that’s exactly what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several pairs of these, and they all fail miserably to work consistently with my iPhone and Apple Watch on a consistent pace basis. I expect to be able to go to work out and put them into my ear and listen to music while I work out without having to take a half hour each time to repair them with my watch. I also found that one year would consistently lose charge and so I only was able to get one bud working most of the time.I worked endlessly with tech-support to no avail and after months of frustration, I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and I’ve given all of my Bose earbuds to Goodwill. I found that I cannot use the on a regular basis without issues and a lot of handholding and found many times even with that they did not work properly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
