[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these earbuds. I have been wearing open earbuds for awhile now, since my ears started rejecting regular earbuds. I came across the Bose, and so glad I gave them a try. They're amazing! Barely know you have them in. The sound quality is fantastic. Calls are clear on both ends, and the button function is intuitive.

Bose is synonymous for quality. And, while the Bose Ultra Earbuds are definitely quality, there are drawbacks that could drive some away. While the small, sleek design is lightweight and comfortable to wear, putting them on can be a sometimes quirky and tedious process. Sound quality for videos is solid, but phone call volume is low (even cranked all the way up), and bleed from background noise can hinder some conversations. Audio for music is clear, but don't expect much bottom-end (bass) at all. Unfortunately, it's just not there. Also, the "Immersive Audio" is nice, but it drains the battery at an alarming rate. With it off, you're getting about seven and a half hours to eight hours. With it on however, you're getting between four to four and a half hours. For someone, like me, who wears them while working, it feels like as soon as your put them on, your battery is low, and they need to be re-charged. Maybe this can be fixed in a future firmware update. One can only hope. All in all, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are very nice, there is absolutely no doubt about it. But, the audio idiosyncrasies and inconsistences, middling battery life (with "Immersive Audio" on), and lack of depth in features could be just off-putting enough to keep some consumers at arm's length.

I bought these a few months ago and absolutely love them. I don’t like not being able to hear anything with regular in-ear headphones due to sensory sensitivities. I ended up misplacing them and the one negative of that was not being able to track them and I never found them.

Very disapointed. Earbuds easily fall out, almost lost them twice on a recent flight. No additional ear size options in teh box....The app crashed on me a couple times during setup, and another passenger on my flight connected to my earbuds so every flight announcement interrupted my music. Could not for the life of me figfure out how to disconnect them. FTR, I am a longtime Bose customer. This one missed the mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have an extremely comfortable fit for my ear and I barely notice they are there. I've used them while running, hiking, and walking and they stay put. With other earbuds, I was constantly feeling like they were about to fall out; I don't have that worry with these. Most importantly, I am very pleased and impressed with the sound quality! The listening experience with these, even as open model, was better than other earbuds I've been using. I like using both the standard and immersive settings. The only thing that slightly bothers me is having to get the app to pair them with my phone and devices Well worth the cost, would definitely recommend!

I like the sound quality that I get. In the instructions it shows putting them into the ear canal. It doesn't do that for me, but the sound from the speaker still reaches me ear just fine. I like fact that I don't have to worry if they are going to fall-out or not.

I've tried several different earbuds over the years from cheap ones to very expensive ones. My ear canal in each ear is different. I've tried several different sizes of ear inserts that are provided with the more expensive buds. All to no avail as the buds will not stay within my ears and pop out quite easily. For one set of nice earbuds I purchased, I was chasing them around the floor of an airplane during the trip. These Bose open earbuds have been a great solution for me. Somebody could pick me up and shake me like a rag doll and they wouldn't fall out. In addition, they have a high quality sound that is very pleasing to listen to. Were they are placed on the ear is comfortable and they don't interfere with sunglasses. Now a note. They do not go into the ear canal so they don't reduce ambient noise. This can be a benefit when you are in situations where you need sound awareness such as driving or at work. If sound suppression is your goal, go to something else. In summary, I have been very happy with these.

I love these open earbuds! The sound is wonderful and the earbuds are very comfortable. I am 81 years old and have just started to explore music streaming. I am really happy with the Bose product. I feel like I am moving in a new world! As I write, Segovia is serenading me with his guitar.

I love these earbuds. They basically sound like much larger headphones vs something like Airpods, etc. These are basically perfect. The fit is comfortable and they don't fall out when running. The best part is the audio is not "fatiguing" if that makes sense. It's like sitting in a living room with speakers in front of you. I really enjoy listening without the discomfort of having things in your ear canals. Only thing I want is even more colors / design options. Even Coloware isn't that great. The newer blue is a start but there could be much snazzier options. I would buy a second set for sure. I immediately gave my Airpod Pros away.
