I really love these earbuds and the sound quality and comfort are great. However, I wish a few things could possibly be updated/fixed with some updates. First off, there is no way to tell how much charge is left on the case, that would be a great improvement so that I can know when it needs a charge. Also, the call quality is not great. The person on the other side seems to always hear an echo, some sort of tuning and voice seperation update like the airpod pros just received would be great. If those two things were updated/tweaked these earbuds would be perfect.

I wear them all day long, I really wanna get light brown or white in these, but overall best purchase so far!!

Had these for about a month, having difficulty learning how to use them, there's a lot of extra things here. They also have wonderful fabulous sound. The quick start guide could have been much more thorough, even for a quick start guide, as well as the definitions of what all those programs are about. I really do absolutely love them but I'm going to be months figuring them out. For instance that extra piece that goes around the outside of the earbud that appears to have something to do with how well they stay in the ear--no explanation or description or reason to use found anywhere.

Bought the Diamond Ultra Open earbuds a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by how it sounded and that you can adjust the sound to your liking with the equalizer. The only negative thing i can say is that the color of the earbuds doesn't really match how it appears in the pictures.

Very happy with my purchase. I hate sticking buds in my ears and these alleviate that issue and still have great sound. I’m able to do my day to day activities, workout and still remain aware. Besides my over ear for travel I won’t be using any other earphones except these!

They don’t have BOSE sound quality compared to other BOSE products I have owned or experienced. The microphone quality is trash as I repeatedly get that the person I’m talking with can’t hear me and they don’t sync well with the Bluetooth on my phone

And the best headphones I ever had, and I had many….I have a small ear canal and would constantly loose my earbuds, just walking. When I saw these I knew I had to buy them, what a great concept and I have never lost them. Many times I have forgotten to remove them after my walk, not realizing they were still on my ears, that is how comfortable they are to wear. No pressure points, no messing with them, once they are on they stay put and don’t weigh a thing. The sound is incredible and someone standing next to you can’t hear your music, so not to worry, you are safe with your tunes.

I will say one thing is that I have to turn my volume up around the middle to high for it to be louder🤔 which I think is a bit of a downer. Thats why I did 4stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can never get earbuds to fit comfortably in my ears but I don’t want big headphones on my head either. I have a pair of bone conductions that have been ok for me but they don’t have the best sound. I have watched these come out with great interest and they do not disappoint! They have great Bose sound and are super comfortable! I would have done 5 stars but I had a bit of a time getting them sitting right for my ears. But it’s getting easier and once they are on I literally forget they are there. You won’t regret the purchase.

I’ve never been able to use regular ear buds due to them not being comfortable or not fitting properly. I’m so happy I can finally wear a pair of ear buds. I like that I can be aware of what’s going on around me while listening - perfect for walks out by myself and feeling safe.
