[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these. The fit is great and does not move. I can workout in them and never have to adjust. I forget I have them on. The sound quality is great for listening to music and is great for accepting calls.

I have been enjoying the ultra open earbuds since I got them about a month ago. They fit well and the sound is good. I also have not had a skin reaction to any of the materials, which was my primary reason for switching from closed-style earbuds. My only major complaint is that I do not like the immersive sound feature; music sounds distorted and unnatural and battery life suffers. I wish that I could switch it off by default, but instead I have to shut it off each and every time I turn on the earbuds either through the app or by the shortcut button.

After a few weeks of use I can say these buds offer great sound quality and noise cancelation. I also appreciate the multipoint connectivity. The only issue I have is that sometimes only one bud connects and I have to place them both into the case and try again. I'd say this happens every 4th time. I expect better from Bose. That said, I'll still keep using the buds so do with that info what you will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fully charge really fast. They are comfortable, not putting too much pressure on my ears, but enough pressure so they don't slip off. I love not having to do the disconnect/connect device dance between my phone and living room tv. The immersion sound is really cool. I easily wear them with sunglasses and earrings. I can take shirts on and off with them not flying across the room.

They feel like there not there at times I forget I have them on until I get a phone call. I jump like whoa I was startled for a second I love the purchase and got a pair for my wife also

I've been using these for a couple of weeks in a variety of environments--working out, at work, recreationally (skiing). They are generally comfortable for long periods of use (you can adjust where they sit on your ear), someone sitting right next to you cannot hear what you're listening to, but you can hear them because they don't completely cover your ear. I had some issues with phone calls and callers not being able to hear me when I spoke with them but I think that was a temporary glitch because all other calls have worked well. The sound quality is great. I have tried other wireless earbuds and haven't liked them as much as I like these ones, which solve most of the annoying issues about earbuds--namely that they don't stay in my ears during exercise and other activities.

I have owned these for a while now (>6months) and I like them more than before. I want to say after a few software updates, people are understanding and hearing me better in & outdoors. The comfort has always been great, when wearing them. The software does not show the charge left on the case, and you will need to practice with the buttons to configure them to do shortcut items. Overall I would recommend them especially if you can get them on sale. Oh need a way to read incoming text messages, would put this over the top.

Definitely not up to Bose standards. It’s a good concept but poorly done. These need to be adjustable. They don’t fit my ear well and the sound doesn’t get into my ear. The plus is they stay in place. The con is the sound quality and volume are not good. Wore them on a plane yesterday and could not hear music at all over plane noise. Cannot recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the ultra opens for a little over 2 months, and I'm glad i bought them. In a quiet environment they're providing exactly what i was looking for...fantastic sound from something that wasn't an earbud or headphone. The fact that i get this level of sound quality while still maintaining full situational awareness and/or being able to carry on a normal conversation with someone, definitely made them worth the price. With all that said, in louder environments (ie walking down the street, in a store/gym, etc), they definitely get drowned out by the ambient noise. But i figured that would happen when i purchased.them(given how they sit on the ear)...and since I wasn't buying them for that use case, I'm not deducting any stars. Regarding the fit, it moght seem odd at first, but they definitely stay in place, and after awhile, I can't even feel them. All in all, a great purchase for me.
