This is a very comfortable open earbud where you will forget it's on your ear it is so comfortable. The sound quality is very respectable for an open ear bud. There's an EQ in the app to adjust to your comfort. This woukd be a 5 star we're it not for the call quality. Anytime someone would call, I would he able to hear them just fine, but they would not be able to hear me clearly. They said I cut in and out. That I would sound choppy. I would have to disconnect from the Bluetooth and use my phone instead. Asides from that, this ear bud is great for runs compared to full headphones since it will not get hot on your ear. 9/10 I would recommend this to others asides from the call quality.

These don’t disappoint; however, I am not fond of the inconsistency in clear sound in both ears. Overall I recommend them if you are looking for something that won’t leave your ears while being active. I trust Bose and its products, though.

Love these! The option of Quiet, Off, or Aware for outside noise is awesome. Still working on getting used to the voice activated controls, but that's a nice additional option to have as well. Battery life is excellent and the Bluetooth connection is awesome! As always, the Bose sound is the best!

Deep rich sounds. After wearing for long periods it gets slightly tender around the ears surfaces . Currently in 90 testing phase. I use these open ear units while playing my trumpet. The sound is enhanced more if i move my earlobes forward as i positions the sound closer to my ear canals making the music easier to hear while following along with my horn. if the Bose speakers were designed with the speakers in more align towards my ear canals for me it would be ideal. I am trying to figure a way to move my earlobes 1/2 inch forward by securing something to a hat i could wear while playing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been my go to earbuds, whenever I want to hear my surroundings, and whenever I don’t want in-ear earbuds. It sounds amazing! My only issue is the fit, because it’s a little finicky. It fell off my ear a couple times, so you have to make sure to secure it properly every few steps (if you’re running or moving a lot)

I’ve been using these earbuds for the past month, and I’ll say that I’ve been incredibly impressed. Audio separation, clarity, bass, and comfort are all top notch. I’m hearing small details I haven’t heard before with my other headphones, and they’re reaching a low hz that my AirPod Max’s can’t touch. This is emphasized further with the bass boosted via the app, which gives you 5 bands to finely adjust audio settings to your taste. You can also set up voice recognition - which works surprisingly well - customize the touch controls, and much more. Aware mode is great for having conversions, and allowing me to be completely aware of my surroundings while running. People on the other end of phone calls hear me well, even when I’m walking outside on a busy street. Noise canceling is also impressive, especially when you figure out the right combination of earbud & backing sizes. Speaking of, having two variables to help find the perfect fit is extremely helpful! Overall, I’ve gone to pick these up 10/10 times over my AirPod pros & max, mainly because they’re so easy put in your pocket, but also sound fantastic. Even my partner, who isn’t really picky when it comes to headphones, absolutely loves the sound. The added bonus is that these are the only earbuds she’s ever tried that don’t mess with her earrings, which is probably why she keeps stealing them!

I didn’t really need new earbuds, but I finally had enough with the AirPods that are so uncomfortable and keep falling out. These fit so well and don’t budge even during exercise! The sound is perfect, as you’d expect from Bose, and the fact that you can hear what else is going on around you is great for those times you need to be aware. And if you don’t want to hear what’s going on, turn up the volume a little…hard to believe these aren’t in the ear earbuds. Wish the price was a bit lower, but you get what you pay for.

Being a big fan of Bose quality, I am disappointed by the poor quality of the craftmanship of these earbuds. You can tell that the physical quality is inferior to any of Bose earbud offerings. I'd rather Bose focus on quality than make an inferior product to target a budget market. Only one ear works with any degree of consistency. The touch of the earbuds is usually unresponsive. The rubber bands do not stay in place and make for an ill fit. The earbuds also struggle to fit in the grooves of its case. I prefer the wider horizontal design. The bass option does not increase bass. The noise cancellation is good, and I like the awareness option to tune me in and out as necessary. But I would not recommend this "Bose budget buy" after being an owner of the Bose QC earbuds from 2020. I will be returning the earbuds. Yes, I have tried troubleshooting but the quality is poor and it requires daily troubleshoots.

I took a chance at a very expensive price to find out that these are comfortable. I don’t mind them in my ear for any amount of time they’re colorful and of course it’s both quality. They sound great.
