So easy to use, my knives are just as sharp now as when they were purchased

This serrated knife will be perfect for a variety of cutting needs like bread or tomatoes. I have another bread knife I use for large loaves but wanted a smaller one for baguettes, bagels & tomatoes. This knife cuts through breads like they were butter. Very impressed with the series

Sharpens asian and standard knives. Has course and fine settings and works as expected. Haven't used on my Zwilling knives yet as they are all sharp but work great on some other knives a had laying around.

This thing just flat works! Keep it in you kitchen drawer and if a knife isn't really sharp a couple quick pulls through the sharpener and you are ready to go.

Worked fine for me. Gave my pro knives a factory like sharpness. Not sure what other people did to ruin their knives. Simple to use !

This was very easy and intuitive to use. Also did a great job of sharpening!

The handle is not ergonomic, the order of the different sharpen openings does no have logic, and since it is not explained why it is made the way it is, I can assume how I would think it must have been done.

Tried it on 2 of my Zwilling Knives and it wrecked both of them. I tried the Japanese side on my 5.5" Zwilling Santoku, and it chipped the edge really bad. I thought maybe it was a fluke or I did something wrong, or maybe the Japanese side was defective. So I tried the standard side on my 4" pairing knife... same problem, took a bunch of little chips out of the blade. I'm super disappointed with the product, and I'm really upset it damaged 2 of my knives instead of improving them. I'll add some images when I get home later.
