[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried, and owned 5 other sharpeners. The other ones don't even come close to the precision, ease of use, and quality of this product. I love the ergonomic design, with inner rubber handle, for easier dexterity!

Even though i have mostly German knives, I do own a few Japanese and this takes care of them all! Easy to use & quick. I keep mine on the counter for easy access & for all those knives I use daily. Great to have only 1 sharpener that works for all knives!

I have never been confident about sharpening our knives. And I am guilty of not honing, but this solves my lack of ability. I have been able to sharpen old knives and am now keeping them sharp as I use them It's really easy to use. It doesn't take up hardly any space in my tiny kitchen. It has slots for both german and asian knives.

I have never been trained to use a honing steel properly so this pull through sharpener solved my problem. No way can you make a mistake and ruin your blade! The sharpener is already preset to put the proper angle back onto your blade and it also can do both Western and Eastern style knives.

Since I also have European-style knives, this (with a slider to ensure you don't use the wrong side) is a great fit for my kitchen. Best surprise is the thickly padded base that stays solidly and safely on my counter. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to the instructions, it takes about 20 pulls. It took me 60 pulls still not really impressed about it. I bought this because I own a 7 pieces of knives set and are very happy with the knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool knife sharpening kit. However It does not show on the package how to use the "Asian" side in particular. Also how do I know if I own "Asian" knives and would that side of the sharpener damage any knives that aren't "Asian?" All of my blades read made in China does that mean it's an Asian blade?

The rubberized grip and base help to keep the sharpener from shifting while on the counter. Additionally, there are two different types of knives that can be sharpened, so I no longer need to keep two mediocre sharpeners that take up space.

In doing my research I’ve seen the Zwilling brand a lot. I was n search of a new set of knives when I came across this knife sharpener. So I thought I’ll try sharpening what I have first. I have a very old set of Cutco knives that I’ve had for almost 20 years. They were great when I first got them but of course now they r very dull. I sharpened my chef’s knife and I felt like I had a brand new knife! I still want to upgrade and get another set of knives but now the need isn’t as urgent.
