When brushing 4 minutes a day, we expect your iO Series 7 to last around 2 weeks. We're sorry it's not lasting as long as you had expected. This is likely because it got into contact with an ingredient that is corrosive in nature and made the plastic porous. These things are found in things like soaps, cosmetics, and cleaning agents. You can clean the brush after each use and store the brush head and brush handle in a well ventilated and it should prevent this from happening in the future.
