Not worth the cost.

My wife’s power handle is still going strong. Mine quit working about a week after the warranty expired.

We love the iO Series 9 but...

The iO 9 is our third OralB and we love it but the brush heads are ridiculously overpriced. Had we known, we wouldn't have "upgraded."

This toothbrush is the best. My teeth have never been cleaner, plus my gums are in better shape. Great toothbrush!!

Mold!!!

Mine got full of black mold within a year. Poor design. Never had this issue with my old Oral B Triumph.

As you can imagine, this isn't the experience we expect you to have with your brand new Oral-B iO, Pam. This is likely because it got into contact with an ingredient that is corrosive in nature and made the plastic porous. These things are found in things like soaps, cosmetics, and cleaning agents. You can clean the brush after each use and store the brush head and brush handle in a well ventilated and it should prevent this from happening in the future.
