Disappointing due to silly design flaw - the bottoms of the toothbrush heads are angled so they don't stand up. They fall over constantly - so your toothbrush head is forever laying on the bathroom surface. The bottom of the toothbrush base is rounded so it wobbles and falls over easily; if you have a small sink the toothbrush will fall to the floor over time and the internal mechanism will break eventually. I regret purchasing; way too expensive for such a silly design flaw.

I would only be skeptical at first due to the price, however everytime i brush my teeth i feel like i just left the dentist. The light system which tells you when youre applying the correct amount of pressure is very very helpful. It keeps me from over doing it and hurting my gums when i brush. I feel i can tell a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth as well and i havent changed anything else with my brushing habbits. The only thing i can say negatively is that i couldnt get the bluetooth for the toothbrush to connect to my phone. That could be an issue with my phone though. the job this toothbrush does cleaning definitely makes up for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush was partially charged out of the box, so I was immediately able to use it. It is a sleek looking toothbrush with a light band that changes colors. It looks really cool. The first problem I had was with the app. No matter what I did, I could not get the toothbrush to pair with my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, turning on and off bluetooth, turning the toothbrush on and off multiple times, and even factory resetting the toothbrush. Nothing worked. I finally gave up on the app. For the actual toothbrush, first the pros: There are several settings on the brush, including a sensitive setting, a regular setting, and a more intense clean. The rotating brush feels good on the teeth. It keeps a timer to let you know how long you have brushed. It doesn't take up much space on the counter, which is nice. Now for the cons: The brush shaft is TOO wide. While it feels good to brush, no matter what I do, I end up dribbling toothpaste all over me because the entire thing is too big for my mouth. I can't close my mouth around the neck of the brush enough to keep from dripping. This is a major design flaw in my opinion. The other issues is just a personal thing. The toothbrush keeps track of how long you brush and alerts you every 30 seconds so you can know how long you have been brushing. However, if you brush for less than 2 minutes, it gives you a frowny face. I don't know why, but this really bugs me. I guess I just feel like don't need judgement from a toothbrush! It could just tell you how long you have brushed. It doesn't need to make you feel bad if you don't meet some arbitrary standard. I know it's a little silly, but it is unnecessary and makes me feel like a scolded child. You do get a smiley if you brush for over 2 minutes, but again...this is unnecessary. Overall, this is a fine toothbrush, and if you have a large mouth, you probably won't have the issues I have. Just a few minor adjustments would make this a much more satisfying experience in my opinion.

It's nice and lightweight and every time I brush my teeth I feel like I've just left the dentist, especially in those hard to reach areas. There is a new pressure sensor that turns green when I'm brushing at just the right pressure, so I'll never have to guess again. I also love the colored LED display with the timer and battery indicator. I feel like I have everything I need right in the palm of my hand and the sleek design looks so beautiful on my bathroom counter!

I like the toothbrush but the battery only last about 6 to 7 days. So i have to keep charging it. Plus no indicators on that the battery is out of p[ower to it dies. Plus the black one I have is so hard to keep c;lean. Please help. On the good side when it works my teeth fell great,and gums

My wife and I both upgraded to the iO 9 series from standard Oral B electric brushes and we can not believe the incredible difference these new brushes make. Our teeth feel cleaner than they ever have before. It’s like daily having the smooth clean feeling after leaving the dentist every six months for a cleaning. Simply amazing. I think my wife was more impressed with the difference since she wasn’t as excited about paying the higher price and she is much more frugal than I am. But the price is totally worth it to her now. I would highly recommend this tooth brush to everyone. The app feature is a cool idea and I have set that up on my iPhone but I have yet to utilize the various programs and routines it offers. The brush by itself has so many features for various cleaning levels and the light indicator tells you if you are pressing too hard or too soft. Very nice feature.

This toothbrush has technology that tells you the correct pressure using the simple light system. It has many language choices and allows you to choose a color for the handle to light up when turning on. The toothbrush is absurdly advanced. It also connects to an app. I love that it has many settings like sensitive, daily cleaning, and so on. The manual is also very thorough and has all the info that you may need. The charger pad is quite heavy since it has a magnet to hold the toothbrush up when it’s charging. The toothbrush itself works amazing. It really cleans my teeth and improves my overall dental hygiene. My teeth has actually gotten whiter. The brush head is a circle and it’s big enough to cover my teeth. It’s toothbrush is not too heavy and the timer works amazing. Love this toothbrush!
