I tried the intense clean and at the end it felt like when I leave the dentist after a cleaning. Pretty powerful little brush. Would definitely recommend and know that you won't be disappointed.

It took a bit of time for him to understand how it works since he has sensitive teeth and he used the brutal mode. I told him there was a sensitive mode and he loves it

I bought this just over 2 years ago. After about a year it wouldn’t hold a charge or charge properly, I sent into Oral-B as it was still under warranty. Oral-B sent a fixed toothbrush or replacement back to me (not sure which). It has started doing it again and I am now just outside of warranty. This toothbrush is way too expensive to only last 2 years.

My dentist said I brush my teeth very hard, Hopefully this will help me with that. It definitely was an adjustment for me with moving my hand as much as I did before. But I really liked using it and I think it works great and does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush was partially charged out of the box, so I was immediately able to use it. It is a sleek looking toothbrush with a light band that changes colors. It looks really cool. The first problem I had was with the app. No matter what I did, I could not get the toothbrush to pair with my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, turning on and off bluetooth, turning the toothbrush on and off multiple times, and even factory resetting the toothbrush. Nothing worked. I finally gave up on the app. For the actual toothbrush, first the pros: There are several settings on the brush, including a sensitive setting, a regular setting, and a more intense clean. The rotating brush feels good on the teeth. It keeps a timer to let you know how long you have brushed. It doesn't take up much space on the counter, which is nice. Now for the cons: The brush shaft is TOO wide. While it feels good to brush, no matter what I do, I end up dribbling toothpaste all over me because the entire thing is too big for my mouth. I can't close my mouth around the neck of the brush enough to keep from dripping. This is a major design flaw in my opinion. The other issues is just a personal thing. The toothbrush keeps track of how long you brush and alerts you every 30 seconds so you can know how long you have been brushing. However, if you brush for less than 2 minutes, it gives you a frowny face. I don't know why, but this really bugs me. I guess I just feel like don't need judgement from a toothbrush! It could just tell you how long you have brushed. It doesn't need to make you feel bad if you don't meet some arbitrary standard. I know it's a little silly, but it is unnecessary and makes me feel like a scolded child. You do get a smiley if you brush for over 2 minutes, but again...this is unnecessary. Overall, this is a fine toothbrush, and if you have a large mouth, you probably won't have the issues I have. Just a few minor adjustments would make this a much more satisfying experience in my opinion.

I bought this toothbrush to replace an aging one. overall, I was expecting 'more' for the premium $$. In general, the brushing experience is fine - with one significant downside. OralB has added an additional drain hole at the bottom of the stem on the brush head. I can understand ho this would make it easier to clean. What it also does is leak toothpaste-y drool all over the brush handle and your hand while you are trying to finish brushing your teeth. Did they not do any user-testing with this? OralB - fix this, please!

I'm sure it's a great toothbrush for many folks but did not work well for me. (1) the app did not properly pick up the activity i was doing - i mean, maybe it was accuratre, but I do not think it was, saying i did not get to an area of my mouth which I, for sure, covered (2) the every-use recommended cleaning of the brush head and electric portion (handle) is a pain (3) I find the brush head to be thick to the point that I cannot brush without making a mess I will be going back to my old brand. But I do really appreciate the money back guarantee. I've returned the brush at my expense and now need to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund.

I've been using the whitening setting along with some whitening toothpaste, and I've really noticed a difference. I also like the timer function to stay on track.

Love the toothbrush. The other oral b electric toothbrush are great but this one is the bomb.
