It's such a great snack on the go or for lunch boxes! It has a pretty clean list of ingredients however I wish they didn't use sunflower oil as it is inflammatory.

There could be more dark chocolate elements incorporated into the cookie to be worthily of calling it a dark chocolate sandwich.

The flavor was spot on,and you don't feel like you're eating a chunk of sand. The biscuits also aren't too sweet,and are fulfilling,so you can munch in the morning and not feel gross.

I love that they are whole grain and organic, but I'd prefer stevia to the added sugar. The tasted more like a cookie with chocolate filling that like something I could have as breakfast food. I enjoyed the crunchiness.
