It's the right amount to give me sustained energy and not be too much in my stomach. These biscuits have a superior chocolate taste and overall texture than the belvita bars I've tried. I also appreciate the lower sugar and the simpler, organic ingredients. Protein content is something I track, so I like the decent amount of protein these have. I wish the price per biscuit were less. I won't be buying these to eat every day, but they're a special treat.

I didn't feel like it helped my appetite though because after I had eaten it I was still hunger. It didn't hold me over until my next meal.

I have to be at work by 6:00 am so I don't eat breakfast before I go. I took these breakfast biscuits in my purse and ate them a couple of hours later, The dark chocolate tastes amazing, and it's all natural. Would definitely recommend!

These are actually located on the cookie aisle so I had to look around a bit to find them. Anyway, these are individually packed (the sandwich ones) and let me tell you they stuff ALOT of filling in these! The chocolate is so good and the wafer has a hint of saltiness. Delicious. I love that they have a decent amount of fiber (4 grams) to keep you full and .. regular.. :). I canΓΆ't wait to try the blueberry flavor.

The taste did not disappoint at all! I packed these in my lunch bag for work daily. This is such a great replacement for my usual breakfast choice!

The filling is thick and the cookie has a unique taste that is very good. These are great for a snack and perfect for tea, coffee, or milk.
