Terrible! We use these for our school concessions, we are losing money every time we make them because they are impossible to separate. We get maybe 12 out of the entire box that are not broken or completely stuck together and cannot separate. Waste of money, will be seeking alternative brands.

We have used these pretzels in our snack shop for 5 years without any issues. They are so popular and our customers love them. Ever since May 2023, we have had the worst batches of these pretzels. It's like they were frozen, thawed, and then frozen again. They are rock-hard and are impossible to pry apart. We have wasted hundreds of dollars on this product hoping the next batch will be better. The reviews are true - these are now a terrible product, unfortunately.

the new recipe is very bad. the pretzel is soft and tasteless. no chew to it at all. might as well buy a loaf of white bread. terrible
