Missing parts

I just purchased this item today. I put the whole thing together and it is missing the cord for the red light therapy lamp. Such a downer. I was really looking forward to getting in the red light therapy. No customer service information is listed on the booklet or the box.

First Thoughts: Where do I even begin? The Therapod Portable Steam Sauna with Red Light Therapy has completely transformed my daily routine. I've been using it every day since I purchased it on January 6th, and let me tell you, it's an absolute gamechanger for weight loss, mood, and overall well-being. I feel ready to take on the day like never before! Setup: Let me start by saying—setting it up was a breeze! I was able to do it solo in no time at all, and it fits perfectly in the corner of my garage. Seriously, if I can set it up by myself, you know it's easy! Comfort: Once you're inside, it's pure relaxation. I just sit back in the chair, enjoy the steam, and let the red light therapy work its magic. While I unwind, I listen to an audiobook, soaking in the soothing glow. It's honestly like a spa day, every day, without leaving the house. A quick tip I've found—placing a microfiber towel under the steamer and a towel on the chair makes for easy cleanup and drying afterward. Would I Recommend? Absolutely! I've already sent the link to four of my friends, and they're just as excited about it as I am. Whether you're looking to enhance your mood, kickstart weight loss, or just feel more energized—this sauna is a MUST. Issues: Unfortunately, today I ran into an issue. Out of nowhere, an error message appeared on the device. Now I'm feeling a little lost without my daily sauna session! But once this gets fixed, I'm back to my 5-star review. Until then, my rating has taken a hit, but don't let that fool you—this product is still amazing and well worth the investment once the glitch is resolved.

Great customer service.

The product initially worked great. But after a few months, it would not heat up and displayed an error code. I contacted the company, and they responded very quickly with some possible fixes for the error code. Unfortunately, that did not work. The company requested proof of error codes. Upon receiving the proof, the company sent out a replacement unit. I have only used it for a few days now, so I won't be able to say if the same thing will happen. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

NO STEAM NO HELP

Assembled today, tent went well . No stream ,error message NO HELP. Don't waste your time or money. Now I will have to waste more time taking apart. Sam's will not exchange the steamer . Told i would have to return the whole thing

Absolutely garbage

Im very handy and this sauna was impossible to get together. Some poles fit well others barely go in. The zipper is hard to pull and wont last more than a few uses. Dont waste your time.

zipper bad

We literally used one time and went to open zipper and it came off track and now you have to unzip and rezip from beggining every time. Not sure how to report this.
