The steamer connector melted. Tried to get a hold of the company no lucky! Very disssapointed

It never gets you warm enough to be satisfied or relaxed. You step out and you're soaking wet and immediately freezing cold. The overall construction is solid. Not difficult to assemble, but repacking for the return was a challenge.

help me out do you think this would work for clothes to take the wrinkles out

I purchased this and I really liked it, after two weeks the sensor went out so I contacted the manufacturer and after a series of emails, was informed they have the steamer on back order and it will be a month before I could expect a replacement. In the store I saw they went down so I bought a second one figuring I'd give one to my son for Christmas, when the new steamer came in. Well the second didn't make it but three weeks, all I can say is the screen went blank then a heavy electrical smell ... Both are now being returned
