Assembled today, tent went well . No stream ,error message NO HELP. Don't waste your time or money. Now I will have to waste more time taking apart. Sam's will not exchange the steamer . Told i would have to return the whole thing

I just received this sauna in the mail was very easy to put together and I'm super excited to start using it! Love the fact that it has the red light as well as the steam and even comes with a chair!

Im very handy and this sauna was impossible to get together. Some poles fit well others barely go in. The zipper is hard to pull and wont last more than a few uses. Dont waste your time.

I just received this product, I absolutely love it. It's quality made, easy assemble and well priced for anyone looking for in-house sauna. It heats up pretty fast and great for my daily workout.

I purchased this item a few days ago. Upon setting it up and checking all parts and components to the sauna, I was missing 2 bars for the frame. Called customer service and within minutes the parts were shipped the same day. Quality of customer service was great. I will post again once I have the sauna working.

Exactly what we expected This steam sauna and red light is exactly what we were hoping for. Roomy enough to sit inside comfortably but still not too big. Heats up pretty fast and the red light therapy is a huge bonus. Overall a nice product glad we found it.

Sauna is what is advertised, works like its suppose to. I had a few parts missing from mine and i contacted the website, within in an hour they responded and are sending the missing parts. Also had a few follow-up emails making sure i was taken care of. I could not ask for better service and its rare to get that kind of quick response from a company nowadays.

Have been considering something like this for a while. This came across on an ad and I quickly jumped on it. It came last week and I have already used it multiple times. Convenient and easy to use! I use it post work out and my wife uses it for relaxation. I have already recommended it to friends and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was really excited to try this product because I love a nice relaxing steam in the sauna before & after a good workout. Unfortunately, it did not work well. The highest level is 9, and after 40 minutes, it got no warmer than 95 degrees. I got sweatier putting it together than I did using it.

Not good at all
