I received this hybrid sauna for Christmas. It is fantastic. I have a shoulder injury and the red light therapy has helped it so much. It was very easy to put together. We did have a bad windstorm one night and blew the sauna across the yard. No damage to the sauna cover or poles, but the plastic connectors broke. I emailed customer service at TheraPod Health. David called me right back and is sending all new connectors. Never have I had such wonderful and understanding customer service. Definitely a pleasure to do business with. The only reason I gave this a rating of 4 and not 5 is because I believe the connections could be better made.

Easy assembly. Lots of complaints in reviews about the zipper. The problem is: the frame is plastic and it slips together without tools. However... you need to tap each connector together with a small hammer. It makes a huge difference. Our zipper wasn't closing, as the frame seemed too large. I tapped it together with a small hammer and the whole frame shrunk about an inch. Then, for good measure, I waxed the entire zipper with an old candle. Now it zips great, and won't corrode. It heats quickly. My wife and I can both fit, using pop up stools we purchased online.

I got this amazing product and it's been such a good buy! Setup was super easy, and it doesn't take up much space when stored. The steam gets nice and hot, and the red light therapy is a great bonus, I've noticed my skin feels softer and looks better after regular use. The design is really practical, and the included chair is sturdy and comfy. Overall, it's a great way to relax at home without spending a ton. Highly recommend it if you love saunas!

I ordered this so that i have my own little "relax zone" in my attic. The item shipped right away and arrived 2 days later. All the parts are clearly marked with easy to follow instructions. It took me about 20 minutes to be up and running with some good steam. The perfect way to relax after putting it together! If you're looking for your own mini sauna, look no further. This product is exactly what you're looking for! Highly recommend this.

Fairly easy to assemble. It works really good. Make sure the hoses don't kink. We had an issue with the lid. One of the tabs broke. We contacted Therapod and they responded quickly and will be shipping our part out at no cost within a day of contacting them.

This is easy to set up. But it does not heat up enough to make you sweat. Temp is at 90-95 at best, and you are wet from the steam only. Will be looking for a refund from Sam's. I'm disappointed that Sam's Club is selling this crap. Usually, have good luck when it comes to quality at Sam's.
