So many things wrong it becomes laughable. From the picture on the box not being right as in the steam machine Ports are on the wrong panels and it doesn't work the way it's supposed to The lovely thermometer that you can't read with the red light. I will say this For the price you get what you pay for but don't try to contact them for any help as it is useless they send one email and forget you exist watch the Video is all they tell you.

Wife and I saw in store and ended up ordering it on line. Easy set up, wish i read other reviews that said tap all pipes together befor putting fabric over fram. This caused me to make a small tear in the fabric around a corner, but easy to fix. Love the steam heat and the sweat wife uses 7 temp leave I like it at 9 the highest. For best results turn on 10 min befor using to allow it to heat up. For the price it works, it easy to set up and use, and easy to clean. As for all the zipper issues i saw we had no problems.

This is exactly my type of product! The moment it arrived, I put it together right away, and AHHHH—it's absolutely amazing! I never imagined I'd have my own at-home spa. I only wish something like this had been available 10 years ago! The combination of steam and red light therapy truly gives new meaning to the term RED LIGHT THERAPY. The hardest part? Never gets warm enough to make you sweat. My skin was wet from condensation only. Will be returning.

Bpught this for my wife for mothers day, love the product, but had a little issue with the steamer, customer service was the best of the best making this product even better than what already is, promptly response to our concerns and solution to the problems.

I bought the last Therapod portable sauna at my Sam's location. Unfortunately when I got it home, it was missing the red light. I reached out to the manufacturer and they shipped one out in two days, no charge. This sauna works perfectly for me. It has a small footprint, it sets up easily, and gets plenty hot. I like the unit and appreciate good customer support.
