Doesn’t stay inflated

The first time I blew this pool up to use it, it was too flat to even hold water within 2 hours. I emailed customer service only for them to call me and tell me there’s nothing they can do because this pool doesn’t have a manufactures warranty.

Loses air.

Aired it up for the first time yesterday and this morning it was almost completely deflated. Because of this, all of the water poured out. I tried to find a leak to patch it and can’t find anything.

wear pants

Kids loved everything about the pool except for the sharp seams on the bottom of the pool. They felt like they were being cut by the plastic seams. They started swimming in there pants.

Didn't last two uses

We inflated it once (which took an hour. You need an air mattress inflator), deflated it to store it, and the second time we went to blow it up, it had a slow leak and was flat by the end of the day 😑 what a waste. Couldn't find the leak.

Perfect fo soaking on a HOT day!

Just set it up last night couldn't find my heavy duty camping inflator so used the electric tire inflator. Took forever :-( Make sure you seat the plugs before inflating and inflate the seats before filling!

Leaks Air

Love the size of the pool but it will not hold air for more than 30 minutes. There are 6 places you need to air up and every single section leaks air and deflates slowly.

Not great, won’t hold air long.

Top portion of this pool won’t hold air for whatever reason. Have to air it up at least twice a day. I’m not sure if it’s due to the really weird two step plugs or what. Definitely save your money and get something better.

inflatable pools are horrible

This will be the last inflatable pool I’ll ever buy, especially ones made by China who apparently can’t make anything in quality. Every pool I have ever bought has been made by China and has never lasted. Always a leak here or a fault in the lining. Never buy cheap China inflatable pools, they don’t last as I have been through 6 of them now.

Great when it doesn’t come with a leak

I love this pool so much for my preschoolers, that I still haven’t learned my lesson in replacing it after having issues. This pool has been an annual purchase for the past three years, getting 3-4 months out of it from May-August is the best I can hope for. That said, these pools must be out through the wringer in the factory, the last two have had gashes in them that look like machinery damage. They are not clean rips but puncture—like cuts that are ed with dirt. Our 2022 pool had one of these in the headrest, so it was not a big deal. Our 2023 pool that we opened today had a gash in the top ring. I used the patch and topped off the air - still a leak somewhere. I let my kids go ham with it, we’ll be getting rid of it tomorrow. Water has gotten into the air tube so it’s a loss. The pool is such a great design for multiple kids, it’s a shame it seems to suffer from manufacturing problems.

Leak after Second Use

Finally took this out for my five year old and it was completed deflated after the second use from a leak at the bottom portion. Sad that I didn't listen to the other reviews. She was crushed she couldn't get in her new pool. My daughter is teeny tiny and find it hard to believe that it couldn't handle her weight.
