Bought this pool during my rate visit at the closest Club. The bottom ring would not stay inflated. Couldn't find an air leak to patch (not that it makes it any better that I'd have to patch a $35 brand new purchase). We're not close to a Sam's Club so it's also a pain to return.

I bought this in April and just set it up this week. It's unfortunate that the bottom portion of the pool will not stay inflated. I like the size of it and the little seats. It's too bad I can't exchange it for another one. It's out of stock. I think my son would have enjoyed this pool for the summer.

Used this pool very carefully as we read the reviews and knew it was not the best quality. 5 year old granddaughter used it ONCE, we drained it and CAREFULLY stored it until next use...small leaks on both rings...so disappointed. Called customer service and there is no warranty. Very glad that this was inexpensive as $30.00 for one swim is ridiculous!

I love the idea of this pole and it is very large, even comfortable for an adult. However, I gave it two stars because it is almost impossible to blow up. When you insert the air compressor tip into the hole, the opening where the air goes in is on the side. Is very difficult to explain but trust me, it's very difficult to inflate. I ended up having to cut extra holes with a small knife to get the air in. If you are inserting a compressor tip, it never goes sideways. It goes straight in but they've designed the hole to be to the side. Again, hard to explain. Very bad design flaw.

After 2 weeks we drained it and washed it with a towel. Filled again and being enjoyed by grandchildren ages 8 to 14. Surprised how much they like the feature of the inflatable chairs. The shape is unique and gives the pool character, making it seem bigger than it really is. Which is good because it doesn't take a crazy amount of water to fill. It has already been used about 8 times. I think they will be using it all summer.

The first time we tried to use it and began to fill it with air and water, we noticed it had several holes preventing it from staying inflated. Otherwise the pool is a great size for our kids, but unfortunately we will be returning it due to the defects.

The pool has been fantastic for two weeks. Today, we noticed a leak. Used the patch kit to fix the leak and thought all was good. Keeps leaking air in the bottom section. We can’t find a leak anywhere, but it’s definitely not holding. Filled up with air and within 2 hours, it’s gone.

I've had about 4-5 of these. Yes, that is my fault. The size, design, etc., is great. However, I would almost consider this a 2-3 use pool, max. They always seem to leak air, even with my young kids using in a normal manner. I wish it were built a little stronger.

Used it once before random holes started appearing in the bottom ring. We tried to patch some of them with the included patch kit (and some We bought), but they just kept appearing so it would not stay inflated. Then it began separating at the seamline, and I gave it up. Don't waste your money.

We bought this for our adult daughter, who has Down Syndrome. It lasted about a month. One of the seams on the wall came apart. We don't know if it was product design from not properly seamed together or weight of rain adding water to the pool. We couldn't repair it, so we threw it away and bought a more sturdier one.
