It glides in between the teeth, and is much easier to pull through than other types of dental floss I have used in the past. It removes plaque effectively and is gentle on my mouth. My teeth and gums feel extremely clean after using it. You get a generous 43.7 yards of floss per container, and I love the minty taste together with the fact that both the inner and outer packaging can be recycled. I use it regularly and have a smaller jaw structure and close together teeth. Some other brands of floss make it difficult to get in between my teeth. Glide is a breeze and makes flossing comfortable. The flavor of the floss is also pleasing and provides a balanced, non overpowering taste. Clears out excess food without discomfort. My gums don’t bleed when I use it. Other flosses can do that. Glide Pro-Health feels great and gets a lot of food out from between the teeth.
