It’s super gentle on my gums, but still effective at removing plaque and keeping my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I love how durable it is, and the minty flavor is a nice bonus! Unlike my typical floss, this one is super easy to work into between your teeth effectively while still being gentle on my gums. Though gentle and non-irritating, it’s very durable and doesn’t fray like other floss brands do. I also love the mint flavor - leaves my mouth tasting extra clean after I’m done!

I know a lot of people like the floss connected to the stick now but I still like the floss like this where you have to maneuver it with your hands as this kind is able to get into spots that the one with the stick can't. I have TMJ and the stick hurts my jaw when trying to floss further back in my mouth. This one does not. The flavor was great a nice subtle mint that gives you a fresh breath smell for awhile!!
