New redesign is terrible

New product is really bad. I returned it because I thought it was counterfeit. It is so thick and uncomfortable to use. This has been our go-to product for a decade and will never buy again.

Easy to use floss

Good floss

Minty thin floss

The good version is gone

What the #%¥* happened to Comfort Plus? The new version is harder to use by far, doesn't want to smooth out - curls while you try to hold it, it and “snaps “into the spaces between teeth.
