The packaging of this C Serum is perfect. I noted That First, when looking around the CeraVe aisle. This is crucial for stability the of the ingredients. I went ahead and purchased this C Serum, and could not be more pleased with the results. In the past I have only used "high end" serums, moisturizers and such.\ Not any more...I'm in on the entire CreaVe line of products!!

This product is fantastic for brightening. I notice a different in my skin when I use them in the morning, my skin looks bright and luminous all day. The result is not temporary but it builds up day by day. Even though the product has alcohol, but I find it to be not drying. Instead, I think because of the alcohol, the texture of the product is so lightweight and it absorbs into my skin without pilling, which is very important for me because I like to layer my skincare and pilling is something that I hate. And thanks to the ceramide and panthenol, I find this product to be hydrating. Hydration and Brightening, this product gives me both. Major thumbs up!!!

I actually LOVE this product and there is no scent, until I've had it on about 30-60 minutes, then it smells very weird! The best way to explain the smell is somewhat "mechanical", the container is, I'm not sure, "metal" or "aluminum" which you can only see when the cap is off. I think that is where the smell is coming from. Honestly, this makes me sad, I'll have to return it to the store, the after smell, I guess it is, is so unpleasant, I can no longer use it. I'm sorry to give this type of review but I want the company to be aware.

I use this every morning and I love it, gives me a beautiful glow helps my complexion. I use the gel cleanser morning and night , then my Vitamin c in the am and for pm I use night time peptide cream ( not greasy at all) I have oily/combo skin and the routine has helped me a lot I love cerave ( oh can't forget the eye cream )

This Vitamin C serum didn't do much for my skin unlike some of the more potent ones on the market (15-20% L-ascorbic acid). Honestly, I would love to see niacinamide in this as well, since I know CeraVe uses niacinamide in quite a few other of their products. And for those with really dry and sensitive skin, we prefer seeing a fatty alcohol instead of an astringent one on the ingredients list. Also, the packaging design is not great either. With Vitamin C being so unstable, I really don't think this is the most efficient packaging. It also leaks everywhere out of the cap. I definitely think there should be improvements to this product before I try it again or recommend it to a friend.

Greatest product for my mature, dryer skin. I noticed a major difference in the smoothness, glow, and hydration after just a few applications. Wish I would have tried this sooner!!! Can't wait to see what the long term results will be! Helpful hint: when I apply anything, I always wet my fingers first. I really believe it helps with spreading and absorbing, and just feels great. Do not hesitate to try this Vitamin C Serum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to share my experience. You will not waste your money, I assure you. It is very soft for your face and absorbs very well. It does not leave any lumps and it does not burn or itches like many other brands do. I have been using it for two weeks now. The first thing I realized, it helped me with one existing pimple and another pimple that was on its way to disappearing. My skin is very appreciative because it looks more hydrated, especially in the morning. It gives a healthier looking face because it matches very well with your skin tone. Finally it gives you a glow to your face. I really loved it!

Unfortunately this product does not layer with other products. I usually apply a vitamin C serum after cleansing and follow it with an SPF/moisturizer. I didn't change any other products in my regimen but wanted to try this product because I like Cerve products and know this serum uses a stable form of vitamin C. However, I am disappointed that when I apply my SPF after this serum, it all balls up into clumps even if I have allowed time for the serum to absorb into my skin. I won't buy this product again, unfortunately.

It's a solid vitamin C serum but only in the beginning. Less than half way through the tube and it's oxidized! Cerave please reconsider the packaging. Your retinol serum pump tube is amazing. Please use it for vitamin C. Until it is changed, I won't buy again, sadly.

Cerave Vitamin C Serum truly works! I love it because it not only fades my dark spots, but leaves my overall facial skin looking smooth and healthy. AND the tube has a shelf life (once opened) of 6 months, unlike so many other brands of Vitamin C which have a very short shelf-life. I find this product to be very economical as well since the small tube used once daily (in the morning) will last a good 4 months (sometimes even longer), as a little goes a long way. I even apply a dab to pesky dark spots on my neck and hands. The fading is gradual but definite. I am truly a big fan of Cerave Vitamin C Serum!
