At times, a product when layered under or over another hydrating skincare product that has not fully absorbed into skin, it can cause the product to ball up or “pill”. To help avoid this, we recommend allowing the first product you apply in your skincare routine to fully dry and absorb into skin until it feels dry to the touch before layering on the next product.
