[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always discreet - Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads work great. They are very absorbent and very comfortable to wear. I used to have to wear a tampon and a pad, the pads are very absorbent. My daughters and myself wear them from now on.

Pad is unbelievably thin to work as well as it does. I no longer feel like I am wearing a diaper. It is almost impossible to see under pants which is a great thing. I love the ease of disposing of the pad.....it beats anything else out there,I have tried them all and Always is heads and shoulders above the rest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet pads work great! I liked how they had 100% protection. The Heavy Long is worked great for bladder leaks. It was a plus to know they have rapid dry core to keep from leaks.This package came in 39 count pads.They also had a soft scented smell to hide certain oders.

I tried this product several times...but this is the last time. I'm not sure if something changed with them but they sucked. They were not quick to absorb liquid...which let to a couple potentially embarrassing moments and a lot of inconvenient moments. Not worth the risk. I want security. Terrible product.
