[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet pads work great! I liked how they had 100% protection. The Heavy Long is worked great for bladder leaks. It was a plus to know they have rapid dry core to keep from leaks. This package came in 39 count pads. They also had a soft scented smell to hide certain oders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thick and comfortable, great for nights amd as a person that loves and tosses a lot it doesn’t leak or gets into the covers ! Stay all locked in the pad and ready to replace on period days. Have no scent but keeps the scent of period packed and fades.

I have used Always Discreet pads for over twenty years. I started with the light, then moderate long and have graduated to the heavy long for the last 7 or 8 years. Over time I have tried other pads on rare occasions and have never worn a more comfortable, and leak-proof pad than my Always Discreet!! I also love the new design with the floral wrap, purple tabs and shorter tails on the pad. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since a young girl I’ve always used ALWAYS. They are consistent in having a quality product that is reliable! These long and heavy flow pads are perfect for those really heavy days! They aren’t bulky or feel “diaper like” like other brands.
