[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product if you need this kind of product, and it’s very discreet, I can also use as a pad for that time of the month. This is very comfortable and a lot of protection. It fits nicely in my undies. And it’s very absorbable. I ended up using these for my period although they can be used if you are stuck in traffic jam or in a conference and can’t make it to the ladies room, in time. I would recommend for women who have had a lot of children and need to build up the bladder control I know for me it takes a little time. Nothing to be ashamed of. I used regular pads but this is nice more absorbent!

I do not have urinary leakage but I do have very heavy periods resulting from recently stopping birth control. The pads are scented and I feel like that gave me a bit of urinary irritation. Next time I would go with unscented ones. I also wish they had wings to hold them in place better on your underwear.

These are great as they absorb a lot and dry very fast. I like the long length as nothing gets on my underwear or clothing. They don’t feel bulky when wearing just feel like a regular pad but able to absorb a lot more without growing in size. Even able to wear to work while cleaning, Definitely recommend.

I don't know a word to describe how it feels. But the length feels perfectly fine. (I'm normally a 5 in the maxi pads as well, and 2x underwear)

I started using Always Discreet at bedtime. The pads are thin yet very absorbent. They cover my underwear and do not bunch up. They are comfortable and meet my incontinence needs.
