[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bladder pads are really great for bedtime due to where they are long in fit. They hold plenty of fluid to make sure you stay dry and keep the odor away. The only reason why I scored this a 3 instead of a 5 is because of the length I do believe that they are too long and you can see them in your clothing so I do only wear these only at night for bladder protection and use the shorter ones during the day.

They’re supposed to be used for bladder leaks but I’ve definitely used them on my period flow and works amazing. Comfortable, not thick at all. They have a very pleasant smell! I can’t imagine needing them any thicker, these truly feel perfect.

The long pads are still thin enough so you don't feel all bulky down there. You actually can't even notice you are wearing them under your clothes. I really like how the pad pulls the moisture inside so your skin stays dry.

I did test this and found that once the pad gets fuller, more of the liquid took longer to absorb. Also, if you do have this much liquid, you will not remain dry. In the photo, the paper towel in the back was placed on the pad after it was full and got completely wet. I also think this might be way too long for a pad. It would be uncomfortable towards the back end.
