We bought this adventure tower last spring, finally got it assembled in August, and found we were missing parts. The company was wonderful in replacing the parts free of charge, great to do business with this company!

I bought 3 weeks ago and with help from twho neighbors was able to complete assembly. Very sturdy structure and the neighborhood kids are really enjoying it. This is replacing a prior play set destroyed during Hurricane Helene.

Our new lifetime playset was blown over by the wind, even though we used 2 deep stakes to hold it down. We were able to get replacement parts. It was a simple process and we will buy lifetime in the future.

Great product and quality. It was a little tricky getting it started, however once the tower was put together correctly everything else went pretty quick.

Good and sturdy swingset and monkey bars. Will not deteriorate like wood. Very happy with whole set. It was a family project (and friends) to put together as it took several hours but well worth it.

Took one day and two hours of the next to build the Adventure set with monkey bars. Really solid good quality. Smooth from purchasing to delivery to building. Kids absolutely love it.

I boys love the tower! However it would be nice to have a ladder that doesn't curve and instead just at a set angle to climb up. It's a little scary for little kids.

Although time consuming, yet thorough, the instructions were easy to follow. Kids love it and seems to be made of quality materials which is exactly what we were looking for.

I write to (Lifetime) to receive a missing part and the answer me and send me the panel in need in 1 week. It was easy and efficient. Super god service! Thank you!

We purchased this two years ago and it was damaged in a wind storm, when we reached out to Lifetime and they are sending us the replacement part free of charge! They were quick to respond and so helpful!
