We moved this from one location to another and misplaced some of the hardware (bolts). We contacted the company and they shipped us the replacement bolts at no additional cost. Outstanding customer service!

We have loved the Adventure Tower deluxe playset! I have kids from age 2 and my oldest is 12 and they all love playing on it! Great customer service too!

Purchased this playset for my 7 grandkids and they love it. The playset is made well. I did not put it together but the men that did had it set up in about 5 1/2 hours.
