Had a few parts that started to rust. Situation was resolved with a couple emails. Nice to deal with a company that stands behind its product and treats their customer fair.

We bought the adventure tower set in blue and parts of it came with green instead, Heidi was my sales rep and she immediately sent out the correct parts. A+ for customer service!!

This playset is a hit! My kids love everything about it. We had a BBQ and my teenage son and 3 men put it together in an evening. I was amazed they assembled it so quickly. I think my kids would live in it if they could!

Bought this for my granddaughters. It's a well-made playset. I lost a few of the bolts during assembly. Lifetime promptly put replacement ones in the mail without charge.

Great Playset. This was relatively easy to put together. Some steps required 3 adults to complete the step but it is a great playset. Our child loves it. It is sturdy and doesn’t shake. Solid set.

Great piece of play equipment, did take a while to assemble and the instruction book left a lot to be desired. Ended up using the videos online instead and it worked out well.

The play set is amazing and durable. We paid for the installation and it was worth every cent. They delivered it and took all the empty boxes. Jon and the other guy were fast and efficient.

I boys love the tower! However it would be nice to have a ladder that doesn't curve and instead just at a set angle to climb up. It's a little scary for little kids.

Great piece of equipment for our Grandkids. Very nice product. Great instructions and not difficult to assemble. Very happy with it & the kids love it !!!!
