Easy set up and sturdy!

We bought this set this spring and although several reviews said it had "confusing" instructions, we found it rather easy to follow. My kids and their friends have enjoyed having their own little park in our backyard. Very solid...no "give" to the bar while kids are swinging. Love that there isn't any wood to treat.

Awesome Playset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this abyear now and our kids love it. There's lots of different ways to play and they have a blast. I elected to build it myself, this is a two man job. I did it by myself and really could have used some help. When I got stuck I called support and they were great. Would be nice if it came with 3 anchors, one for the tower and each A frame leg. As with lifetime, what a great playset!

Our kids, and the rest of the neighborhood, love it

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.

Rust

We purchased this play set when we bought our house. After reading the product description of Lifetime products lasting 10 years, I thought this would be a perfect addition to our backyard play space until our kids outgrew it. We followed the assembly instructions and even added a rust preventative just to ensure it would last and be safe for the kids. It has rusted so much that it has become a safety hazard and we are going to disassemble it and bring it to the dump. It is a shame, because our kids were so excited about it.

Great Product, kids love it!

Overall, very pleased with fit and finish. Ease of putting it together was average, but the multiple assembly resources helped well. Seems well built, and kids love it! I wish the powered coat finish was a bit more consistent, as it was chipping already in some spots.

Very nice playset, sturdy and functional

I bought this playset for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. She plays on it everyday, and enjoys the swings, slide, rock wall, climbing ladder, and the monkey bar, even the tower area is a nice shaded place to play with her toys on a flat surface. I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the play set. I know this playset will last for many years and get tons of use. Definitely worth the price, and ours was assembled and installed professionally in about 4 hours. Very happy with our purchase! Thank you Lifetime Products! :)

Every brace rusted out!

We just hit the 5 yr on this play set but we noticed last fall every brace under supporting the top section has completely rusted out. It is now unsafe for the grand kids to play on plus there is constantly pieces of rust falling off making it unsafe for them running around barefoot. I have not been able to get any help from the company, I would like new braces sent to us to replace them.

Merry Christmas!

We bought this for the grandkids. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was very well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble... you need two people, but one man can do most of it. Actually did a partial assembly at another location, the tower and swing support sections. Then hualed it in after dark and assembled completely to surprise the grandkids. Yes, we putthis up after dark, only took about three hours for Papa and Dad with mom holding a work light! Well worth the money, and the grandkids were stunned to see it sitting in the yard Christmas morning! Oh weather was unusually warm so we worked in shirt-sleeves to do this.

Fantastic play tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in May of 2016 for my growing and very active son. It has been a great source for play, imagination, fun with friends, and hours in the tower. I loved that it wasn't wood and it would withstand the elements without worrying about decay and someone getting hurt. I got a supplemental third swing and attached it where the rings are and it works great when we have multiple kids playing. Totally worth the money and the time to put it together. It is definitely a task to put together but with some organization and a few strong people it's doable.

3 days after assembled

Suggestions (not to discourage but to share my thoughts): 1) Make sure you personally check every screw and bolt. Though I had paid installers from the company and tipped well and had a close relationship during the 2 days the three guys assembled, and even though I asked multiple times if they tightened after I found that the climbing parts were loose and had them tighten, the next day when I went to apply a sealant rust inhibitor to each bolt and screw, I discovered, and had to tighten, maybe 20 of the loose bolts and screws and am waiting for missing bolts. Note that many require two persons to tighten; 2) The slide should have a cover as it is unusable during daylight due to becoming hot. There are some third-party covers sold but Lifetime should make them available, at least as an option; 3) I bough a separate baby seat swing. Lifetime should make them available as an alternative to one of the seats; 4) the chalkboard may not really be a chalkboard; 5) the ladder is dangerously slippery and the spread is too great between the rungs. Lifetime should make them with a middle pole, smaller gaps, or provide, at least as an option, a webbing attachment (similar to one in a commentators' photograph); and, 6) would be nice to have more options (you know, telescope, blinds to keep sun out, solar light, etc. that would fit as most third party accessories are for wood swing sets). I also put rubber edging and tons or rubber mulch (the combination costing more than the swing set). Would be nice for lifetime to make them available as options so that they can be shipped with the swing set and installed by the assemblers. Hope that the rust issue has been corrected in current models as we expect a full 10 years of use.
