[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this for our grandchildren and are so excited to install and surprise them. We did a lot of research before buying and this product is so highly recommended. OI know they are going to love it.

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.

We bought this set this spring and although several reviews said it had "confusing" instructions, we found it rather easy to follow. My kids and their friends have enjoyed having their own little park in our backyard. Very solid...no "give" to the bar while kids are swinging. Love that there isn't any wood to treat.

We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

We bought this for earlier this year and the kids love it. We have a 7 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. Even the neighbor kids come play on it. I love that it matches the rest of my durable lifetime products. Like all the lifetime products we own- this too is a hit when it comes to value and quality. My in-laws purchased another brand swing-set from a big box store and it barely lasted them 6 months before it started swaying and getting loose;and it was in dumpster within 2 years. We had an installation party and we had about 4-6 guys on and off for about 8 hours to get it up, definitely not a one man set up, but it gave us a reason to have a cookout so it was all good in the end.

We bought the tower for our grandchildren. We are thrilled with the purchase. I was suprised by the reviews stating that you need 3 or more people to build it. Not the case at all, it took me about 10 1/2 hours to build. 90% of which I did solo. My wife helped with some steps where another set of hands helped tightening bolts. The instructions were clear and you should take time to read them before starting. I also checked out some videos on YouTube which were helpful. The key is keeping the process orderly and not get overwhelmed with the instructions. It's just like reading a book, start at page one and proceed one page at a time. I would also like to mention the great support from Lifetime I experienced.There was one bracket missing from the boxes. I emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised with the response. The part was shipped out immediately and I had it in a few days. Overall we are pleased with the Tower and would recommend it. We also purchased a Lifetime Geo Dome. Same quality as the Tower.

We bought this last summer for our kids ages five, four, and almost two. They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It's a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we're excited for spring so we can start playing.

I just completed assembling this playset for my four year old and she loves it! it is very study and seems to be made very well. the instructions were easy to follow. one piece was missing and customer service was very courteous and prompt in sending a replacement to me. we are so please with this playset!

Let me start off by first saying my kids LOVE this playset. It’s better than we expected and they enjoy playing outside now more than ever. The shipment came on a pallet in 4 separate boxes which makes it easier for unloading and moving to the location you want it. Assembly does take a decent amount of time but the directions are easy to follow and you will have it up and ready in no time. If you’re a visual learner download the BILT app, search for the product on the app and you can follow along step by step with easy prompts and visuals. That is how we assembled it. Be advised you will need someone to help you at certain times during the build process. An added bonus that you can’t really see in the pictures is the integrated car map at the top of the platform. My kids love sitting up there to just hangout and bring their cars and toys up there with them. This playset is great for a large age range. My kids love everything about it from the slide to the swings and the rock climbing wall. It’s very well made and will last my kids many years of fun and entertainment. If you’re looking for a backyard playset I would highly recommend this one.

One concern I had was the arched ladder being dangerous for our 3-year-old (now 4 and a half). Well, he's climbed up it hundreds of times and it's never been an issue.
