[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works, it dries laundry. My biggest gripe with it involves the preset options. You can't change the heat level on the presets. Almost all of them are set to 4/5 or 5/5 on heat. So, if I want to use a lower heat setting, I can only use the Time Dry which only has 5 time options. Changing the side of the door latch takes some time too. I like the Smart Things compatibility, saves time without having to go the actual machine. It's a good product overall, I just can't understand the prevention of changing the heat setting on the presets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks clean and sleek. LOVE the steam option but it isn't 100% full proof to get the wrinkles out. Would give it 5 stars but when the laundry is done, it sings for what feels like an eternity. The only other option is to completely disable sound which I don't want to do either.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER. We had it a year and half. Ended up having a gas leak(yes a proper licensed person installed it). The gas regulator just went no warning just went. the worse part is the Samsung care+.... Because this experience was so bad with them we will never own another Samsung product. We got rid of everything Samsung. Our stove, washer and dishwasher sold them all. I can't emphasize enough how bad the experience was with custer service and Samsung care+. 3 weeks kept getting told a tech will call to get an email saying they don't service our area and oh here is a check for half what you paid. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money to an American company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give higher stars for the dryer if when needing to redry it works. I have dried my clothes and a few may still be wet. I'll place them back in the dryer to dry some more and when selecting normal dry which is about 56 minutes after about 5 minutes it turns right back off. Not sure why it does that, but this feature needs to change. We should be able to redry the clothes even after taking it out. I like the dry sense the same items and will not redry them, unless I put in a new load to dry and sometimes that does not work either.

It's large capacity holds big items such as king bedding, comforters or a number of large towels, etc. The settings are simple and easy to use and there are so many options to choose from! We love the fact that there's an app on our phones to let us know how much time is left to dry and when it's done. We definitely would recommend this dryer to everyone!

This dryer has poor sensors and functioning and does not dry clothes well. No matter what cycle I use, or what settings I pick, the clothes come out wet or damp and take a really long time to get there. Even on the "extremely dry" setting. I've had the machine for a couple weeks and tried out all kinds of loads - clothes, sheets, towels - and it's the same issue with everything. Also, I partially bought this dryer because I thought you could control it (meaning turn it on and off) from the app. You cannot. It will just show you how long is left and let you know when it's dry. I'm considering returning the dryer. :(
