If your looking for a reliable efficient appliance

Smart dryer

I also love that it connects with my other Samsung products so I can get easy to see reminders when a load is finished.

Samsung EVERYTHING!

Not only are they reliable and trustworthy enough to have the ability to purchase one of their products and trust there wont be any returns. But their products work so well! They are up to date technologically. The sleak new designs add radiant and bold to my home. We always love showing off our samsung products, like our samsung washer and dryer, my samsung tablet thats ike a giant phone / computer. The quality justifies the purchase! GET YOU A SAMSUNG!

Amazing Dryer

Great Features!

Waste of money

Had it for 7 months and now there just throwing parts at the machine, the dryer doesn’t turn off after 3 hours the cloths are still damp and I’m paying to have laundry done for the last 3 weeks, DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER UNLESS U WANT A HUGE PAPER WEIGHT. It’s been 3 weeks and still no fix.

1 year old dead dryer

We bought this Samsung washer dryer set in May 2024. As of today, Sept 24, 2025, four months out of our 1 year warranty, and the fan motor went out. The trip expense for the tech was $130. The fan motor is roughly $300, which has to be ordered, and a second trip charge of $130 plus labor will be our problem. It is unacceptable that a Samsung product used once a week for 16 months completely dies. My husband & I are empty-nesters, so we are only washing clothes for two people once a week. Our LG washer & dryer lasted 10 years, & we had two kids at home, so ai was washing clothes at least 3 times per week. I warn you not to buy this product. It is now a $700 piece of junk taking up space in my laundry room. When all is said & done, it will have cost us more than half the cost of a new dryer just to use it again.

Dryer isn't very good

The dryer is horrible. I have to always run a load twice to get it dry and sometimes it's still not dry. My broken spare Maytag dryer does a far superior job. No the vent isn't clogged.its a short vent maybe 2 feet long and goes directly outside. I want to return the dryer and will tomorrow
