[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my Samsung Dryer after 13yrs. I am not disappointed. The Capacity is great. The steam / sanitization features are awesome. I love the updated technology where you can control all aspects right from your phone.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER. We had it a year and half. Ended up having a gas leak(yes a proper licensed person installed it). The gas regulator just went no warning just went. the worse part is the Samsung care+.... Because this experience was so bad with them we will never own another Samsung product. We got rid of everything Samsung. Our stove, washer and dishwasher sold them all. I can't emphasize enough how bad the experience was with custer service and Samsung care+. 3 weeks kept getting told a tech will call to get an email saying they don't service our area and oh here is a check for half what you paid. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money to an American company.

There are many settings for different types of clothes, and it's very easy to use. It's also quiet and looks nice. If I wait a little too long to take the clothes out of the dryer, a quick steam makes them fresh again. The app is incredibly convenient. The machine itself looks very nice.

If I need to change a setting it is very easy to do. Adjusting the heat setting or the time is extremely easy. It has a very large capacity. You can put numerous items in or just one large item like comforter.

We bought this Samsung washer dryer set in May 2024. As of today, Sept 24, 2025, four months out of our 1 year warranty, and the fan motor went out. The trip expense for the tech was $130. The fan motor is roughly $300, which has to be ordered, and a second trip charge of $130 plus labor will be our problem. It is unacceptable that a Samsung product used once a week for 16 months completely dies. My husband & I are empty-nesters, so we are only washing clothes for two people once a week. Our LG washer & dryer lasted 10 years, & we had two kids at home, so ai was washing clothes at least 3 times per week. I warn you not to buy this product. It is now a $700 piece of junk taking up space in my laundry room. When all is said & done, it will have cost us more than half the cost of a new dryer just to use it again.
