[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is quick and very efficient at getting my clothes and bedding items dry. I have had to adjust the dry setting up or down based on my items, but I like that I can do this from the machine or from the Smart Things app. I really like that this has numerous settings and even more I can download through the app. One of my favorite features is the wrinkle prevention option and the app alert when a cycle is finished so I am able to remove my clothes and prevent wrinkles in a timely manner. This is really great when I'm not near my dryer to hear the chime go off. This dryer works well, the only thing I don't like is the lint trap, there are these little pegs that stick out that always catch my hand and rings.

I would stay away from this product! Samsung makes great TVS but shotty dryers. I bought this and it lasted a whopping 3 MONTHS that is right you read that correct ONLY 3 MONTHS!!!! stopped drying and would not get hot to save its life. When I put in the error code it doesn't exist in the system even after talking with Support, they can't find the error code which is beyond me considering they program all the codes. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for putting out subpar product! again, I WOULD NOT BUY this product stay away buy LG or really anyone else other than Samsung for that matter.

I did not know a dryer could do that .This dyer is an awesome upgrade at a reasonable price.You can use the SmartThings app to control the dryer . I’m always waiting around for laundry to finish up! It sanitizes fabric with steam and can also refresh wrinkled items without having to wash them. Thats a great option to have sometimes! It also has a very large drying capacity. It can handle drying bedding , bulky items and heavy loads easily. The controls are easy to see and set with lots of choices for cycles and drying times or you can let the moisture sensor set the most efficient drying times. It connects to my smart things app along with my other samsung appliances and lets me schedule cycles and get alerts from my phone. it has an lint filter reminder and i aslo appreciate that it has a light inside because thats not a feature in a lot of dryers anymore! Im very happy with this dryer and it does aoes a great job of drying and sanitizing my clothes without wrinkles

It paired perfectly with my smart things app and I love that I can control everything from my phone! If I forget to start a load I can do it from where ever I am. It removes 95 percent of pollen from fabrics and the multi steam cycle can also be used to remove wrinkles. Its a very handy feature to have! It also has sensor dry that automatically sets the needed time and temperature. I was really surprised that some dryers dont have an interior light anymore but this samsung dryer does ...another feature that i like a lot! This dryer connects to the smart things app with my other samsung appliances and that allows me to remotely schedule drying times and also troubleshoot any potential problems. It has a handy reminder to clean the lint filter on the control panel. I really like that its a large enough size to easily dry bedding or other bulky items. Im really happy with the size and the features of this dryer!

Some impressive items on the dryer - times, sensor, and a light! I did not realize how much I missed a light within an appliance. The dryer can be set to a time, set via a sensor, or set according to the Application on the phone. So far, the dryer has been great. Our first try at the wrinkle prevent option made our sheets and clothes quite puffy. We needed two baskets to carry the clothes instead of one. I look forward to trying sanitize, bedding, and air fluff. Software: SmartThings and Smart Care SmartThings is a fantastic app. Not only does it provide real time information for your dryer cycle, it helps understands all the available configuration options. The User Interface (UI) is very easy to use and follow. The barcode on the physical washer/dryer made it super easy for the software installation. Need help troubleshooting a problem or code? Smart Care is there. It is a very helpful and intuitive user interface. If you still are stuck, support numbers are available in the app. Overall, we are impressed with our initial week of using the Samsung Dryer and look forward to utilizing the full suite of options.

I immediately noticed how many more items I could get in the drum despite the unit's smaller footprint. This will mean fewer loads and saving more on my energy bills. The unit runs very quiet and isn't a distraction while doing other things in the house. There are a ton of settings so I can customize what I need done based on how much laundry I'm doing and the amount of time I have. The controls are very straight forward as well. Another nice feature is the SmartThings App. It provides real-time updates when I'm not near the machine and even when I leave the house. It also allows me to start/stop the machine if needed for any reason. There's a light, which is helpful when I go into the laundry room for a quick peek at the progress, as well as an easy to read display screen. So far, this has been a great purchase.
