I purchased the Dupray Neat to test out how well it works as a potential add-on for our cleaning company, and this little device has helped us expand our capabilities with ease! I even used it at home to clean our shower and kitchen floors...wow! We'll most likely be upgrading to the commercial steam cleaners to enhance things even further and accomplish bigger jobs. It's even super fun to use and addictive! I wouldn't mind cleaning for hours! Thank you for creating an awesome product!

I haven’t ever come across a machine that does everything it’s claimed to do! This does. My house is already beginning to sparkle and I’ve barely had it a week! Sad as it may be, I’m very much looking forward to cleaning all sorts of murky places in my home! I can see that a lot of thought has gone into the design, it’s user friendly. The only things that I would would alter would be storage of the hose and a housing for the plug.. One very happy customer though, all in all.

THIS NEAT MACHINE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I have arthritis, my joints ache and scrubbing is painful. The Neat steamer is exactly what I was looking for. Initially didn’t buy for cleaning - this started from a trip in which we found 1 bedbug at the location, so returning home we bagged and left everything in the hot sun. I needed a powerful, good capacity, super hot steamer - I had already returned a few handheld steamers not able to bring on the heat that take over 130 degrees to annihilate these parasites! Neat boasts 275 degrees and right on! It works and is PRECISELY what I was looking with multi-functional tools that I could use for different purposes. It’s left my windows glistening, steamed the built on grease off of my appliances WITH LITTLE EFFORT and no more scrubbing for folks that have arthritis! Thanks for making my life so much easier for necessary tasks that are no longer painful.

I have had two neat steamers. I was able to get a replacement after a few things went on the first. I love how easy and light the steamer is. I have yet again had some parts break off quickly on the second one and so I gave one less star for that reason. Everything still works but the mop head clamps have broken off and can’t use it. Otherwise it’s the best steamer I’ve owned ever and would buy more again probably just a higher up version with more sturdy components on them.

From cleaning floors to cleaning up mold this is a great steamer. We’ve used it in my son’s apartment to clean the sliding glass doors - removing all the grime in the tracks to shining up the windows. Also his bedroom window was covered in mold and this little workhorse has successfully removed all of it.

Pros:- Steam cleaner is good, did a great job of removing splashes of hair dye from my bathroom floor on the lino. Also used on the shower doors and shower seals, worked really well there too. Completely removed some blue staining on my shower tray which now looks like new. Used to clean my internal doors and it removed 98% of those marks. Haven't used on the carpet / laminate yet so will have to wait and see how that performs. Cons:- Didn't remove mould or plastic adhesives stuck on shower wall. Also the nylon and brass brushes get worn out quite quickly but despite this I am happy with this steam cleaner and will be keeping it.

After reading many reviews about the NEAT i decided to buy it. Owning a small cleaning company i needed something lightweight but powerful. The compact design and accessories it comes with are great for all over the house use. I found that this steamer compared to others i have takes sometime to heat up,also i found it wasnt as powerful when steaming floors, i had to stop a few times as i could sense it needed to generate more steam. Steaming the oven, shower doors and windows however were fine as i wasnt constantly using the steam so enough steam was being produced inbetween blasts. The overall quality of the accessories is very good however the nylon and brass brushes were falling off during use as there is no lock mechanism to keep them in place whilst cleaning. Having to wait 20 mins inbetween refills was slightly irritating especially when your in the flow of cleaning. Another moan is that there is no indicator of when the water is running low. Overall i am happy with my purchase but maybe i noticed these small things as i own other steamers alongside this one. Would recommend purchasing for occasional use.

My first steam cleaner that I use multiple times a week. It takes a bit of getting used to but have used its the various attachments for floors and fabric. It heats up quick as advertised and the tank size is big enough for my use. I love the range or attachments and cloths supplied, makes the cleaner very versatile. Only slight irritation is cable length, could be longer. On the whole very pleased.

Use for 1 year, once a week, 100m2 of tiles. Happy with my purchase. The device is very simple, compact, light, the plastics are of good quality and robust. The accessories are good and solid too. It heats up in 5-10min and holds up pretty well with continuous use. What I can criticize is the fact that it is complicated to eliminate the remaining water in the tank after use. Unrolling and rolling up the electrical power cable is not very practical but it only takes 30 seconds anyway. The head does not orient itself vertically which somewhat limits cleaning (under a sofa for example) since you have to try to keep the head as parallel as possible to the ground. That said, it seems that competing devices, which have a vertical joint, break precisely at this joint... Despite these few small flaws, I would buy this model again without asking myself any questions.

Great machine! I used the nylon brush accessory to clean the grout in my tile floors. The stains came out, and the grout looks like new again. After steaming the grout, I wiped up the moisture and dirt with a towel. The tank holds enough water to clean for a long time. I also used the floor tool with the microfiber cover to clean the tile. Beautiful cleaning job. I'm very happy with this purchase.
