I hadn't heard of steam cleaning or Dupray before I saw a store carry the Home one. Pros: It's compact, powerful, priced well, shipping is fast, accessories. Cord stores neatly underneath. I've used it to clean almost everything in my apartment and it's done a great job for about 99% of things. I shared the link to this with friends. Cons: The hose is long without a proper way to store it, I'm still trying to figure out the best way, maybe on a hanger in a closet? Same with the accessories, but those are easier, a small reusable grocery bag. The cord stores underneath the unit, which is tidy but annoying loading and unloading it for use. Fill tank: You have to guess while filling it up, and while using it how close to running out you are. There's no fill indicator. You're also not able to fill while using, but the entry level product from another German company has that option, and I was wondering if it's worth returning this one and getting that one since they're almost at the same price point. For now, I'm loving the NEAT, so I'm keeping it. Things I've used it on: Windows, window sills, blinds, bathrooms, mirrors, oven, microwave, mattresses, spots on carpet, stuffed animals and clothes. I'm pretty obsessed with using it. If I could, I'd spring for the top of the line because it's such a fantastic way to clean. Aside from occasional spluttering, I'm pretty happy with this product and completely recommend it for the price point.

This steam cleaner is Awesome, with a capital A!! I’ve always hated cleaning and now I have MS, so I hate it AND it’s hard for me to do :/ This little thing has changed my cleaning game- its so easy (no intense scrubbing) and fast! And no chemicals needed for others out there with chemical/fragrance sensitivities. As a bonus, it clears my sinuses out while I clean ;) I do not know where this has been my whole life. A game changer!!!!! I’ve literally cleaned everything possible in my house over a month’s time (would normally take me a year!). Even when something looks clean, you clean it with this and see so much more grime come out of all the little crevices. I will never clean another way!

I bought this two years ago and I love it. It reminds me of a giant Apple phone charger lol. I like the sleek design and ease of use. Just fill it up, push the button, and wait for the water to heat up. Takes about 10-15 minutes. Couple things I would change to give this a 5 star: 1: A retractable cord would be a hell of a lot easier to manage. Wrapping the cord back up on the bottom of the unit after using is annoying and because it is so long, it takes forever and it is a little hard to wrap. 2: I would add some type of window on the side of the tank to show the water level. Other than those two things, I absolutely love my Dupray! I use it a couple times a week on my floors, and once a month on my sectional sofa. I also use it to sanitize my dog's bed. If Dupray comes out with this same steamer but with a more convenient cord, I would consider selling mine and purchasing a new one.

I absolutely love this machine, I use it several times a week steam cleaning my tile floors, also has an attachment which is great to clean the grout.. It took the old wallpaper off in my bathroom and bedroom so quickly and easily. I use it to clean the walls and baseboards. What my son does with the machine is amazing, I burnt my carpet with a electrical cord twice and not in a corner, I was just sick thinking I would have to replace the carpet, my son worked with the machine and got the burn marks out, unbelievable. I bought both my granddaughters one for a Christmas gift, they love it too! This is my second machine, I worn the first one out after years of use, no regrets owed me nothing, always does a Great Job!

I use my steamer at least once per week to clean up the mudroom floor where my 3 dogs trek in and out all day. We've had our steamer a little over a year, and sadly, the lance broke. A quick call to customer service is all that is needed to get another one sent out right away! My floors and surfaces are super clean thanks to our NEAT Steamer!

Purchased 4 years ago. This steamer has made so many cleaning jobs around the house easier. My family has borrowed mine. It cleaned new mold off the shower grout, the grime in the bottom of the tub, and disinfected the rest of the bathroom. I used it on mattresses when we thought we had fleas. It cuts down on the length of time cleaning.

I bought this item 5 months ago after my niece let me try her steam cleaner (not a Dupray). Her machine had limited capabilities so I set out to find a machine with attachments that would allow me to do the walls & especially the ceiling. I could not find it in store and even purchased a machine thinking that what I wanted did not exist. I then found this machine and ordered it. I returned the other machine and waited for my Dupray to arrive. It met my expectations & more. The extension hose to do walls and floors was just what I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised to find alot of other attachments. I have been using it since and it does not disappoint. I wanted to test it, so I vacuumed and mopped my floor and then used my Dupray. The cloth was almost black. I did not realize how much dust & dirt regular mops & even expensive vacuum cleaners leave behind. Very satisfied.

I wish I had known about this years ago. My Neat Steam Cleaner came yesterday afternoon and I have been putting it through it's paces ever since. So many uses. My bathroom has never looked cleaner! The steam just seems to make the tile sparkle. I can't wait to try it all through my house. Thank you, Dupray.

I previously had an upright Shark steam cleaner (it only did floors). The Dupray is SO. MUCH. BETTER. I can’t even describe how this thing has changed my life. It holds a ton of water, meaning I can do all my floors as well as mirrors, windows, and bathrooms and never have to refill the tank. It gets way hotter than my old machine, which means less scrubbing. The whole house feels CLEAN when I’m done, and I’ve told everyone who will listen about it. My husband is sick of my raving about my steam cleaner, but that doesn’t stop me. Love this thing and would pay 2x the price for it.
