I used mine to clean my grease called range and hood and soap scum/sediment covered bath tub and shower. I immediately ordered this steamer for both of my daughters. They love it too.

This has been a very useful purchase. I bought a refurbished machine to save a bit of money and it looked completely new to me. I've steam more items than I ever thought possible! Like others, I wish it had a water level window as well as an easier place to wind the cord. I never wind it underneath as suggested; its too awkward. I also would like to have some sort of mechanical handle to change the steaming/scrubbing angle at times.

We used "Steamy" to clean the stainless steel appliances. Wow, better than new surface with exceptional shine! Wipe surface dry with a dry microfibre cloth. No need to use any product. We also did bathroom tile - another amazing outcome - the tile is sealed with a high gloss - finished looking bright and shiny. But the biggest surprise was the stainless steel walls in our elevator - all greasy fingerprints gone, and a hard shine from floor to ceiling.

The best invention ever!!! I use my steamer almost daily as I live in the country and have 4 dogs so it gets dirty quickly! My mom is allergic to dust and she has no more symptoms! It's so quick and cut the cleaning time to a fraction!! I love my steamer!

The double arm attachments feel weak when going left to right and when I have to unscrew the tank to release steam after a cleaning it's a bit difficult and dangerous. Other than that I've told everyone I know to get one of these. Best investment, were already talking about getting the model up in a few years. It's done grease in the kitchen, poop from a mattress, all my tile and hardwood, the burnt bottom of the oven, mirrors windows and rugs.

Great products , served my needs quite well with the added benefit of only requiring water. The unit is well made especially impressed with how well each attachment seats and how simply things can be swapped without wearing the joint and inevitably leaking. Quality engineering and material choices along with fairly priced and handy accessories.

I've used this little steam cleaner the past two weekends to clean my lanai, patio furniture, sliding doors, tile floors, sofa, bathroom, and kitchen. I'm very happy with the results! The attachments work well and I'm very impressed with the amount of dirt the cloth accessories are able to collect. It's worth noting that the white cloth accessories will never be pure white again if you complete some heavy duty cleaning jobs. I am glad that this purchase included the advanced cleaning pack, because some of the accessories may not last as long as I'd hoped they would. The bristles on one of the nylon brushes are already pretty bent, and the floor pads I used are still functional, but they definitely show some wear after one washing. As for the amount of steam that this unit produces, I would suggest adding less water than you think you may need. Filling the chamber may produce more steam than you need for most cleaning jobs. Some of the reviews mentioned that the hose was difficult to store. I am using two large twist ties to keep the looped hose lengths together.

So easy to use, but very powerful! I took a long time deciding on which steam cleaner to buy. The neat is perfect! I have used it in kitchen, bathroom, car, grout, walls, carpets, furniture. Heats up quickly and lasts a very long time ! Over an hour of cleaning time- which was my main goal! So so happy !!

Steamer functions well, and I’m sure it is engineered to a higher standard than the competition. But! The hose not being able to detach from the unit is a real miss… pain for filling, pain for storing, more prone to fail. The cord wrapping up underneath is another flop. It’s awkward to wrap and unwrap because you must flip the machine upside down to see what you’re doing. Pain. The time it takes to heat up is about 15 mins not the advertised 8 mins. I’m sure the 2.0 version will address these annoying misses, at that time it will be a 5 star machine. So close to a home run. The machine dose preform well and is light years ahead of anything from Wuhan, alibaba/Amazon, or tictok.

I ordered this open box cleaner. It did not work at all! I sent it back and, fortunately got my money back.
