[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this joint health supplement for about a month, and have noticed that my "bad" knee is no-longer protesting with pain when I stand-up, get out of the car, go up steps etc....which has been a major relief for me. I also have noticed improvement in my ankle. I appreciate that this supplement is just one small (easy to swallow) pill a day... which makes it comfortable and easy for me to take. I have not experienced any kind of negative reactions to this supplement. Overall I have been very happy with the results, and being able to move easier, get tasks done etc... that were more challenging for me previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for about a month now and since taking these I have noticed that I can walk, bend and move a little bit easier than before. They do support your joint and bone health which makes me a little more easy to move. I experience pain in my knees, elbows, hips a lot but I have had a good reduction in that pain since taking these Ultra Triple Action tablets. The tablets are also fairly small, which makes it so much easier to swallow. These fit right in with the Members Mark brand.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my early twenties, and was told I had to start taking joint supplements at that time or risk needing surgery later. So I tried every glucosamine/chondroitin supplement I could find, but none of them worked for me and they were all massive horse pill sized things that I had to take twice a day. I found Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health about six months ago and decided to try it. After a week I noticed that my hips, knees, and hands felt like they did in my teens. Finally, something that works! I couldn't be happier :) Plus it's just one tiny pill a day, rather than two huge pills. Glucosamine/chondroitin might work for some people but it never worked for me, and I absolutely hated having to try to wrestle those huge pills down my throat twice a day. Tonight as I was walking up the stairs, I realized my knees don't hurt as much as they usually do. I'm hopeful that with continued use, the pain will continue to lessen.

This LITTLE miracle pill has definitely helped my hips and knees after only taking for about a week. Hopefully in the next few weeks I get more relief in my hands. I already bought my next bottle and I still have about 3 months left in the 1st. Love the fact the pill is small and you only have to take 1 a day.

Just one tiny pill a day and it has helped so much. I will be purchasing these pills again.

I work as a server and I am always moving most of my days. The biggest thing I have noticed is after a 13 hour day with both of my jobs I don't struggle to get up my stairs with my knees in a terrible amount of pain. My thumbs are generally always in a bit of pain from it and the Ultra Triple Action has really helped with the pain while using my hands. They are also easy to swallow which is a great change from most other arthritis supplements I have tried. I am unable to take some of them because they are so big. These are a very welcome change from that. I would recommend this over and over again.
