I like that the supplements are easy to swallow and you only need to take one daily. Compared to most this supplement is smaller but still has the same benefits as other supplements I've tried. I have noticed a huge difference after a few days of taking it. I have a lot of hip and tail bone discomfort from an injury I had a few years ago. The discomfort from the injury has prevented me doing a lot of activities including anything that involved going in the car, and has prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. Ultra Triple Action Joint Health has made my discomfort go away, activities easier, and sleepless nights disappear. My husband has issues in his fingers and wrists. This LITTLE miracle pill has definitely helped my hips and knees after only taking for about a week. Hopefully in the next few weeks I get more relief in my hands. I then discovered Ultra Triple Action Joint Health. One tablet a day and after a week I began to feel some improvement. Now, a month later, and my joints seem to be much healthier. I do not pretend to understand why it works, but perhaps it’s the combination of the ingredients like type 2 collagen, boron, and hyaluronic acid. The results are that it works.

I take this pill in the morning, before starting my day (the product just states to take one daily, with or without food) I could feel the difference on the very first few days of taking it, felt lighter, more flexible and more comfortable with moving overall, it's like an on and off thing, some days seem to work better than others, but I think that's because I need to make other changes, there is no one magic pill cure it all. I will continue to take it and observe any changes.
