They are coated tablets so they didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. I like that you only need to take one tablet a day to get the benefits. They contain no gluten or shellfish. I like that this product will promote joint, bone and cartilage health.

I feel like it would take more time and maybe a bone scan or mri to know for sure, but I don’t have any negative effects. I would like to think that my knees feel more durable and less painful but at this point I can’t tell if it’s in my head or actually working. I will also say that I had very painful knuckles for a long time and that seems to be getting better. I will definitely continue to take these because things seems to be getting better.

Most of my joint pain tends to come in my ankles. I have other pain but that’s where the improvement is most noticeable. I didn’t notice any change in the first two weeks I took this pill. But at the end of the third week I feel like I am not having the kind of pain I was. Just one day my ankles weren’t aching and I must attribute that to this pill. The pill is very small, it’s easy to swallow. The bottle comes with 125 pills. Being that you only have to take one pill a day, this bottle will last you 125 days. That’s a very good value! The pill seems to do the job that it was intended for and at a great value, therefore I give this five stars.
