[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is working pretty well. I do have issues with my knees and sometimes my wrist hurting. Since taking these for a little while, I have felt that the pain in my joints are not hurting as bad. It did not take it away completely but it has really gone down. Maybe over time in the long run I may feel no pain at all. I like that it is only one small pill a day with or without food. I will continue to use this product to see how it works in the long run.

I love that it supports my mobility, comfort and flexibility now that I'm getting older. The supplement is very small and easy to swallow. I will continue to take these supplements.

It helps some but I still have joint pain in my finger joints; shoulder and hips.

I like this better than Osteo Biflex for my joints
