When I stand up from sitting for a while, I can move a bit easier. I like that this pill is tiny and easy to swallow. I take it in the morning right after breakfast. It is also gluten free. I used to competitively bike and now I have a lot of knee pain. Since taking the Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health pills my pain has intensely decreased. It used to hurt walking up my steps, but now it's not a problem. I also was impressed that the pill size is very small, so it is really easy to swallow the one a day. The tablets are slender and coated which make them easy to swallow for most. One tablet per day is also convenient. Container has a flip top cap which makes for easy access.
