So far it seems to be helping more as I’m able to get up off couch easier and not aching as bad at night. Can’t wait to see how good they work after a couple months. They are easy to take and I take mine in morning after breakfast. Happy with them so far!

Not only do these support cartlage and bone health, they also improve my mobitlity and movement. I am always in a lot of pain and it makes it hard to do some of the things I enjoy. One little pill a day and I feel better and am able to do more than I was able to do before. i usually have to take several pills several times a day. Just one little easy to swallow pill a day and I'm all set. I also like that the preserve and maintain the cartilage as well as support joint health. I am so happy I have these and will continue to use them. One pill compared to 6-8 a day that works better is a better way for me to improve my joint health. Love them.

The tablets are extremely tiny and are easy to swallow. I haven't had any problems with burping up the supplement or having a nasty taste in my mouth from taking it everyday. I like that this is one very small easy to swallow pill a day. I had no adverse effects or side effects with taking this. I like that this helps support joint, cartilage and bone health. I feel comfort in that I'm helping maintain my overall health in years to come by doing this as a preventative action. I also feel like this reduces my overall joint achiness that I experience otherwise. Highly recommend
