[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy that this product is just one very tiny pill a day versus the huge glucosamine. I take this pill in the morning, before starting my day (the product just states to take one daily, with or without food) I could feel the difference on the very first few days of taking it, felt lighter, more flexible and more comfortable with moving overall, it's like an on and off thing, some days seem to work better than others, but I think that's because I need to make other changes, there is no one magic pill cure it all. I will continue to take it and observe any changes.

I am almost out of the supplies quantity taking one each day as directed by the instructions. I can say that I have noticed when I get up in the morning that my bones don’t pop or creak as much to very little. Before taking these it was like I was walking on bubble wrap.

I decided to give these a try and I'm definitely glad I did. These have definitely helped me so much. They are easy to swallow and small. And it's just one which I really like. But my knees after just couple of weeks of taking these are already feeling better. They are moving better and not cracking nearly as much. I'm hoping with continued use they feel even better.

I have trouble swallowing pills since my stroke, so at first, I was cutting them in half but now I just take them whole. They are small enough and the coating really helps them go down. They will be easy to spot on the shelf because of the red card they are attached to. I like the flip top lid, no child-proof top to deal with. Thank you very much! It also has the USP seal which means that everything they say is in there, really is. I will be looking for more when I run out. I would recommend them to all.
