[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried out these Member's Mark Ultra Triple Action Joint Health tablets. The tablets are small in size which makes it easier for me to swallow. I take it as directed one a day. Has no after taste. I have taken other supplements for my joints and did not seem to help, so I stopped mine and started this one. In three weeks of using this, I did notice a small change on my joints, so I will keep using this tablet till im done with the bottle to see if i feel better results with more time on it.

You often need to take multiple tablets too. After about 2 weeks I had a noticeable improvement in stiffness snd discomfort, especially in the morning, when I have most of my issues. I elect to take the pills before bed. It just seems to work better for me with AM relief, as I feel pretty good later in the day after moving about. They work, are easy to take and are reasonably priced. I am hoping for more of the same with continued use.

Tonight as I was walking up the stairs, I realized my knees don't hurt as much as they usually do. I'm hopeful that with continued use, the pain will continue to lessen.
