[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this joint health supplement for about a month, and have noticed that my "bad" knee is no-longer protesting with pain when I stand-up, get out of the car, go up steps etc....which has been a major relief for me. I also have noticed improvement in my ankle. I appreciate that this supplement is just one small (easy to swallow) pill a day... which makes it comfortable and easy for me to take. I have not experienced any kind of negative reactions to this supplement. Overall I have been very happy with the results, and being able to move easier, get tasks done etc... that were more challenging for me previously.

I like that this is one very small easy to swallow pill a day. I had no adverse effects or side effects with taking this. I like that this helps support joint, cartilage and bone health. I feel comfort in that I'm helping maintain my overall health in years to come by doing this as a preventative action. I also feel like this reduces my overall joint achiness that I experience otherwise. Highly recommend

Anyone who has issues with their joints this product seems to me at least to help with that. Aging joints or attested form physical activities.

The tablets are extremely tiny and are easy to swallow. I haven't had any problems with burping up the supplement or having a nasty taste in my mouth from taking it everyday. It works just as good as the name brand and I'm pleased with how high quality it is, I'm glad I tried it and will continue to use it.
